This doesnt address the real issue. When you have a controller on pc that allows you to navigate desktop AND you try to play cyberpunk2077, the game will simeltaneously think you are using a controller AND KB+M. This wil cause rapid switching inputs as game trys to figure out what is happening. Making it highly unplayable. Still hassnt been fixed to this day.. There is a workaround. Launch cp2077, then shutdown steam. Your controller will read only as controller. However you will lose functionality such as "guide button + right trigger" which would usually allow alt tabbing

just in steam game propertiies launch in -dx12 u should be able to play with a decent fps with no heavy lag . i think enix havent optimized this game in dx11

This just a generic "fix". It doesn't actually solve this game's particular issue. A lot of micro-TH-camrs lazily do this without actually researching possible fixes.
