Where do you retrieve the ball after it's sucked in all the way, we just got a Putzmeister P715D second hand and we really want to know how to clean it properly. We tried sucking the ball in but we're not sure how far it goes and if it enters the hopper - what then? Please if anyone has info on it do tell, all the best from Bulgaria 😁
We blow back through our lines. We usually pull the sponge out of the s cam. We carry two sponges first one stays in yhe hopper after use second one cleans out lines again with water

@@jaybee7842 I clean the hopper out before I do it but after that you fill it up with water and you put the ball ok the first holes in the front and the water will push the ball cleaning it really good you gotta wet the ball before putting inside the hose too

That works good but a water cap is so much better and faster and cleans it a lot better also

Dude that’s crazy. That’s like -6 Fahrenheit. Both my Jetta and golf are both tdi. They start easier than that when it’s been colder. You need to switch to synthetic oil. It immensely helps. Or just put in a frost heater. Don’t forget to drain the intercooler and clean the intake! Also, I recommend getting a can of liqui moly. Unhook lines at fuel filter and run it straight into the injection pump till the cans almost empty. Cleans the pump and injectors nicely.
