My pair has a weird texture almost wrinkled on the white parts of the shoe I paid 200 for this pair is that normal for wrinkles out of the box or is it bad quality control for this pair

Copped the black toes and shadow low ogs months prior that's why I didn't get this one when it dropped back in 8/27 but that cream laces combo looked soo nice! Might try on the 21st!
