    • @DavidProbinsky
      @DavidProbinsky 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The Wifi Pineapple is used often, yes. The Flipper, sometimes, not as often. The hackrf, I personally have never used it in an engagement. Now USB implants, such as the rubber ducky or the Key Croc keylogger, I use very often.

    Great stuff, I really like this gadget already Also for those who want to buy one, he didn't show it too much but the included cable is actually a very nice cable, it was a pleasant surprise ! It's got a built in usb-c to usb-a adapter, so you have a versitale cable that carries data for your phone and pc ! It's aslo nicely built, and the braid on it looks like a Cameleon's tail. Of course the gadget itself is very good looking and neat feels like I've had my money's worth edit : is the cable a USB to UART adapter ? That's even better, I didn't have that

    He is using what I call Sparrows art picks as an example, but most all metal lock picks are typically not as wide. Nothing wrong with the art picks, but they don't come in the basic pick designs, the regular Sparrows are a more standard width. Covert Instruments (and a few other companies like TOOOL) come with layered all metal handles that may be more comfortable. I prefer some type of thicker handle than non-coated Sparrows to prevent hand fatigue when picking a long time. I also suggest you stay away from mini picks until you acquire some skill with regular size picks.

  • @canadafree2087

    This is why I am a physical guy, too old to learn all this stuff. Deviants books are excellent on lockpicking, but are there 101 level books on things like RFID readers and other electronic tools common to Pen Testers? I need to learn the alphabet before I can learn how to make a sentence.

    • @DavidProbinsky
      @DavidProbinsky ปีที่แล้ว

      So in my background, I came from pentesting and then moved to include physical security. To be honest, I have not seen any 101 books on RFID, and I consider myself a n00b still when it comes to the topic. I'm not a Pro at all, I just dabble enough to be able to get the jobs done. I would recommend checking out Iceman youtube's channel, as all the things he does is RFID related. One other youtube creater that touches RFID and other hacking, is 'Andreas Spiess'. I hope those are of any help. 🙏

    For viewers, don't ruin your titanium. How does one ruin it, let's say you have the Ti Pi set in a nice leather case, but then you want to add maybe a comb pick or a Quick Stik...wait, wait! The reason why you have Ti tools is to not set off metal detectors, but now you just ruined it by adding a steel tool. Carry magnetic items with other magnetic tools, not with your Ti. Go through a metal detector (not x-ray) and take your keys out of your pocket while the Ti tools stay in your other pocket. Clearly it is #NotThisTime as this is a six month's old video. lol Those Sparrow cards are cool, but better to carry tools in a form you can use over and over gain. If you do break your card, try to get a magnetic business card some venders give out, or use a piece from a magnetic bumper "sticker".
