Good info ❤
So I believe Felice said if u are post menopause an had no periods that u would start the first day of each month for 14 days of progesterone is that correct?
Ok hack my age, U want to overcome your osteoarthritis? Try stop having sex, no more sex for a year and you can reverse it. U LL have to try it though. Sex is not what they say it is (healthy) and libido it's really not important. Libido it's just supposed to be life force to keep going, not to waste it getting penetrated, and getting your life force suck out of you. The problem with celibacy as a way to overcome disease is you have to try it, and actually it takes about 7 years to work, because it's the time to take the cells to regenerate. So, stop sex for 7 yrs, you will be healed.
I.was diagnosed endometrial cancer 3B and I got it from untreated gonohrrea for 6 yrs after date rape. I have been able to reverse it with Fenbendazole and ivermectin, and turpentine, it's fact that infections and STD cause cancer. Luckily I found Joe tippens protocol. I thought I was going to die, and I was in tremendous pain. I did chemo for 1 month, but it was too bad and it didn't work at all. I said if I'm going to die like this, I rather die outside. And I opened tik tok and Joe tippens was there talking about reversing stage 4 lung cancer, and i got into it. Immediately I noticed improvement, I couldn't even pee. I was able to pee and now I have no more pain. The best thing is I kept my uterus. I have my uterus , it healed!!!! And no more cancer !
I finally refused a mammogram this year (age 65) after having them yearly since age 30. After my last one the previous year I swore to myself , "never again" because of how painful they are with my dense breasts. I started "early" on mammograms because my mother had died of breast cancer at age 40. My mother's cancer appeared after her hysterectomy (1976). I do not know what HRT she was given, could have been the medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA) that was responsible for the increase in breast cancer in the WHI study.
So nice to hear of women who are later into menopause. When I tell people I’m 55 and have only kissed a period this far, I’m treated like there’s something wrong with me and abnormal 😢
How is your HRT helping you? How is the bone density test and hair thinning, etc.?
What did your DUTCH test say about the way you metabolize estrogens?
I have a question about the estradiol. According to what I've learned, the estradiol is developed from soy or yam. But the drug companies don't reveal the source of the ingredients. So if it's a soy-based one, is it a concern?
Thanks Zora!
My 5. doctor prescribed HRT finally and she does not know anything about cyclic HRT so she asked me to bring her info on it- she is very interested and willing. I am also on testosterone gel with Lenzetto and cyclic oral progesterone as well at 50. I go to the gym 5x a week, for 25 years now. Trying to do everything well, we will see😊. My mother never exercised, never took HRT and she is absolutely beautiful, healthy, looking 20 years younger than her 76 years. God decides😊
57 yere, thus far my last menstrual period was a few months ago. I was regular until past 55. Interestingly, I also had a hip replacement . The surgery was so tasking on my body that, for the first time since pregnancy, I then missed my periods for two months. Six months after I started with hot flashes but still menstruating every 2-3 months. I started HRT , standard ,not cyclical , as I couldn't stand those VMS, but still having periods every 3-4 months. My gyn is not concerned and neither I am.
officially’ stopped bleeding at 52, but my cycle continued without bleeding, I would even get period cramps. At 54 I got pregnant for nearly 5 weeks ( ended with mega cramps & bit of spotting). At 56 I finally started lowest dose HRT, and lo and behold, I got regular periods ! Still not sure whether that’s good ( woman loses most of her life force through menstrual blood) but as long as it’s not heavy I’m good with it. I do take lot of herbs to nourish…for me it seemed once I gave my body a baseline it just went on with its business as usual with some blood to show 🌺 I listen to my body and give it what it needs, eg when I start bleeding I stop progesterone, then slowly increase , always monitoring with the ‘folk method’ = the pendulum 😂
There is a big variety in menopausal ages. I am 61 and had my last period one month before my 60th birthday. Had a IUD and no period for about 12 years. At 53 i started to have a period again ( still with the IUD )almost every month. At 58 the IUD was removed, still having a period now and then until aug 2023. A few months ago i suddenly realized that i was more than one year without a period. So i am officially post menopause, and recognized my brainfog, aching joints, weight gain in the belly, and a lot more. So i am educating myself by watching you tube like your channel and a lot of others. Thank you for your informative videos!❤️🙏🏼
Thanks for sharing. Very inspiring ❤
Theres a strain of hpv that causes breast cancer, see the pubmed studies. Dnt go thinking sex is healthy, is NOT. Men carry hpv with no problem for them, but will cause cancer in women , and not just endometrial cancer See rhe latest studies. Also endometriosis might be an infectious disease (STD). Things you need to know if you want longevity.
Did Felice mention why she was trying the progesterone that way?
If your on hrt, how do you think it's perimenopause? If you take it cyclically, your going to have a "period" sometimes. You are probably not in perimenopause still. I started hrt when I was getting very light periods. Because I didn't want to wait until full menopause hit.
51. I didn't have a period for four months. My dr. did a blood test and since fsh was high and other hormone low he diagnosed menopause and put me on combipatch. Combipath caused periods to return and they are not monthly, they are bi monthly. Doctor offered to change the combipatch to one with higher progestin but I don't know if that's the right solution. What do you think.
Thanks for sharing your experience. It's always interesting to hear another woman's experience. I think your body will tell you what's right. We generally want to work with our doctors based on our symptoms (remember, there are 103 of them!) and through testing (not just sex hormones). I know its vague. If you're feeling good and your biomarkers are good, then perhaps no need to change.
right solution is to use bioidentical progesterone
@@zorabenhamou5853 exactly. That's the issue. I feel great otherwise and don't want to rock the boat. The bi monthly periods are annoying, inconvenient and mysterious, but all the others symptoms, brain fog, crippling anxiety, alternating hot flash cold spells, hair loss, rapid aging has all improved with this simple little patch.
Synthetic progestin would be a hard no for me.There are better alternatives so maybe do some more research on that. For real.
I had something horrible happened to me when I was 39, a man date raped me and infected me with gonohrrea and chlamydia. There is no test of PCR for STDs in Mexico, just the ones that don't work and are 300 USD. So the doctors don't do them, or know how to do them. The only symptoms that I had was period change, and I knew it was some kind of STD, but she dismissed me, told me the period changed was normal and I was in perimenopause. I knew that's not me, because I had my wisdom teeth at 31, so I knew that wasn't likely but she dismissed me so much, that I was just very disappointed and didn't go to doctors anymore. I refused to take hormones or anything she was telling me because I didn't believed her, but after been raped , I didn't had any more energy to fight. The gonohrrea infection continued to advance and began to swallow my ankles and kness, and I never got any urogenital symptoms. 6 yrs later it was finally discovered it was gonohrrea, and it was from that time because I never had sex again since that date rape. For women that want to hack their age, dnt listen to GP and don't have sex, sex is not healthy. I think if you are infected with and STD after 35, gps are going to tell you that your symptoms of STDs are just "hormonal changes". Yes in the USA there is proper testing for STD s, but there and some Europe countries. In South America, Asia, middle east there is literally NO testing. And STDs don't cause any symptoms, just period change, but they can make you really sick even causing endocarditis and even dead, also pelvic inflammatory infections disease and cancer. Yes PID evolves to cancer. And most women with an STD are dismissed by their doctors.
Thank you for sharing your journey. I love that you mentioned Dr Felish Gersh. An amazing expert in this space, who I’ve learned so much from. 🌟
Thanks for the feedback. We are having Dr. Felice Gersh for a live Q and A in our Biohacking Menopause community. You're welcome to join.
@@zorabenhamou5853 I would love too! 😀
It not late at 54 i was57
Wow. 57. The range is amazing. Were you on any hormones, birth control or other during the years prior?
@29:00 she is blatantly racist. It’s not easier in other countries!!!! But May be more slay in US
Opinion on the mirena hormonal IUD?
I want some
I had clock work cycles until about age 51, but started with symptoms like insomnia & anxiety issues at around 44. I never knew what was going on- my dr just wanted to give me prozac and ambien. I never took the prozac and only take ambien when I cant stand the sleepless torture.
When is the best time to test estradiol levels when using a twice weekly patch. No symptoms and am 63 and using for bone protection. And what level is adequate for progesterone when taken daily or is that even relevant.
Estrogen is great. BUT.....what do you recommend for women with a history of hormone positive breast cancer
There are many clinics in the US that do ovarian prp aka rejuvenation for much less. The difference though is they take blood from a vein in the arm, process it and inject it into the ovaries. The gentleman in the video withdraws bone marrow from the hip where more stem cells are produced which is a more invasive and costly procedure.
I'm half way through the video and I foud out nothing. Waiste of time!
There might be another video at a later date to clear up any confusion. - ADMIN.
Not sure I like this. Sounds awful and very brian Johnson like. I rather take turmeric for joins and something else for the skin, it's better and less risky.
If that works for you, absolutely. Much easier and cheaper. I wish that worked for me. As Dr. Kaufmann said, most everyone who goes to her has "tried it all" and are looking for alternatives to surgery or something more invasive.
@zorabenhamou5853 you do have to take a high dose of bioavailable curcumin. And also foreign exosomes are new, and that is NOT a good thing. We still dnt know of potential side effects. I would just be careful with any new biotechnology.
Which brand of turmeric are you using?
HRT (Estradiol, Progesterone, Testosterone) saved my live two years ago. I do not take HRT cyclically, bc I cannot sleep without progesterone. I feel great with it.❤️🥰👍
Same
So happy to hear this. Yes, there are many people who keep on a static dosage of progesterone and are fine with it. We have a lot of options when it comes to BHRT
Do you take oral or transdermal progesterone?
@@hackmyage I take oral progesterone, in the cold season I need more of E and P to feel better, in the summer time I reduce both doses, but testosterone dosage remains the same throughout.
@@hackmyage sheerinhamill1 3h Oh wait till I tell you this!! My friend had her annual with Obgyn. her doctor told her there is a new study that shows getting on hrt for menapause causes an increase of 25 percent for breast cancer. Tried to lower her patch, my friend said no! #Is there a new study showing this? My friend is now terrified and upset. Thank you so much! Also sent this to wise and well. Dying to know if this a true new study.
Thank you!❤
Any product that costs an exorbitant & almost criminal £118 per bottle better have a helluva lot more science behind it than a flimsy clinical trial with only 22 participants😂🤦🏻♀️ UK’s No7 Future Renew proprietary peptide blend (proven to reverse visible signs of ageing & skin damage on multiple levels) has over 15 years of research with two of the top scientists in the field and over 6000 participants! And guess what - a price point that’s 1/3 that of OneSkin.
How does one find a practitioner who prescribes cyclical HRT? These ladies cost $7500 minimum! I can’t afford that!
It’s hard enough to find a menopause doctor and even harder to find one who does cyclical and rhythmic dosing. I would join a community of experts who do this regularly like @karenmartelhormones or you’re welcome to join our community biohacking-menopause.mn.co where you can consult with our in-house doctor as well as our guest experts who come on each week. Dr Felice Gersh, the queen of rhythmic dosing, is coming on for a live Q and A with us in December.
If you have Kaiser for HRT is $45 per 3 mo and progesterone same price. You have to experiment with the cycling these great women talk about it and just tell your dr you want to cycle it
I was wondering I’m going through perimenopause at 44 and barely bleeding now going away once you hit menapause do symptoms get worst to you have higher dose is that happen on average?
So good to hear 😍 This is what I have been doing intuitively ( somewhat)….4 years post meno but my hormones still cycle - weekly! Because of that I had waited three years before starting HRT ( and suffered) and what a game change☺️ My body still has these 7 day long mini cycles , mimicking monthly cycle. So, working with my body I’m honoring these, which means there’s not much time to get my estrogen really high, not much time for period either ( 1-2 days of spotting at most) . I’d like some guidance how to navigate this, because it’s a bit crazy . How to lengthen my natural cycle without violating my body. Obviously, my body keeps trying ….
I would get some guidance either with our in house doctor and guest doctors in the Biohacking-menopause.mn.co community or join a similar one like Karen Martel or Jill Chimilewski. We are all on the same page with this.
Do you know you can easily get fresh Raw Living Spirulina from Florida shipped direct to your door same day as harvest for 70% less than these dried dead bits from Asia.
What’s the name of the company. I’m struggling to afford this product. Right now I’m using the spirulina only
Zack looks much younger in the thumbnail. I guess he rejuvenated his ovaries
Around 6 minute mark of video, Dr. Gersh says that to "build" bone there was data showing that if using the estradiol patch, you have to get up to the highest dose of the estradiol patch (0.1 mg/daily) in order to have the "potential to grow any bone" (not just prevent further bone loss). Please provide link to this 0.1 mg estradiol patch dosage data or where I can find data/study for future reference so I may provide to my doctor. I've tried to search for this stated 0.1 mg dosage to build bone online but can't find it. Thank you
pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1534476/?t& This one is about transdermal estradiol, but I’m not sure if it’s with the patch
She said she has mood changes around her period. That is a symptom.
Moods changes with your period is normal..it isn't just menopause specific
@verainnoserve214 mood changes with your period might be common, but it certainly isn't normal.
For the past couple of months, I have been using otc biest. My hair has been falling out. I usually have thick hair, so this is discouraging. I read that taking hormones can cause this. Do you think i should stay off of them for a while? I have a consult appointment in January for my hormones.
I would ask for a full thyroid panel, check your B vitamins and cortisol. These may be some culprits other than hormones. Also, make sure your in an optimal range of hormones. Not too high and not too low.
48:00 thank you for reiterating that we have to get specific with people like with your friend with thyroid cancer while pregnant. It could be from the EBV that we see settles in the thyroid since the Covid shots or something else unrelated. Everyone is so different and have different genetic SNPs.
Is there home tests available in Australia
I think there are.
You can book and pay for hormone panels thru imedical and find the collection centres on their website. No Medicare rebate though.
She is still having regular period so of course she wont have syptems
I'm 51 and still have periods but definitely have symptoms of menopause. Everyone is different
How does a lifetime on the birth control pill affect estradiol receptors?
I am not a hormone expert, but I suspect it may down regulate them. In a quick AI search, this is what comes up. Personally, I wouldn’t worry what you cannot control. If damage is done, then I try to focus on “damage control” and do my best and what I can control moving forward. Long-term use of birth control can alter estrogen receptors in several ways: 1. **Receptor Binding**: Synthetic estrogens like ethinyl estradiol in contraceptives have a high relative binding affinity for estrogen receptors, potentially leading to prolonged receptor activation compared to natural estrogens[3]. 2. **Receptor Modulation**: Continuous exposure to synthetic hormones can modulate the expression and sensitivity of estrogen receptors, potentially altering their response to natural hormones[1][4]. 3. **Cancer Risk**: Long-term hormonal exposure may increase the risk of certain cancers, particularly those involving estrogen receptor-negative subtypes, suggesting changes in receptor-mediated pathways[4]. @hackmyage yep... in my personal experience that's what I'm going thru with BHRT...
Had PCOS & insulin resistance in 20's & 30's. POV & menopause at 46. Started high-fat carnivore at age 65 (80% fat::20% protein). In less than 4 weeks, reversed insulin resistance, hormones came back, along with hair, muscle, massive energy, & monthly periods. I then added Klamath lake AFA spirulina for stem cell release. Feel fabulous, fit, & youthful. Will get bone scan in 3 months to find out if osteoporosis has reversed.
What lot of rubbish money makeer
Idk if you’ve done this yet but, I’d love to hear a podcast/TH-cam about your menopausal journey and also what hormonal therapies you’ve tried and are on currently. And also, out of all of the ppl that you’ve interviewed, who resonates with you most- as far as menopause and hrt?
Do you mean Zora’s journey? - ADMIN.
@ yes
Nice discussion ❤
Anything that's confusing is shady. I got nothing out of this talk. The comments are more inspiring than this nebulous speaker. I look 30 and have 32 year old partners. I'm almost twice their age. I've had 20 year old nurses double check my chart for my age because they think there's a mistake. I've been biohacking since the 90s - studied with a naturopath before 'wheat free' was a label who focused on the emotional components of ailments and disease. The key to it all is NOT MOLECULES ! It's feeling your emotions fully. That's what reverses aging. But that fact won't be accepted for another 1000 years. Cure cancer and another disease will take it's place because your still avoiding the emotions that caused it. you are all so influenced by the selling of molecules (supplements, drugs, diets, etc) You'll still age. Good luck taking supplements for $1000's of dollars and avoiding your emotions.
