After looking at these blue tabs and not wanting to order another set without testing,just put em on while waiting for M34 parts to get here! Got set and now looking at ways to increase rigidity on the hull to stop some of the twisting it does when getting in the throttle fast and hard. M34 parts came in and back on the build for those who are watching it👍

Just fixed a Ford truck with an issue coming and going.It was doing nothing but playing and static in left rear speaker?Look what was the issue though and fixed the problem after almost $5 in change out😂

Checked out the stuffing tube after curing and just added some alignments that I forgot to show.Neutral allows for up and down adjustments without binding or causing heat issues on flex shaft at the stinger 👍

Another quick look at the next step done and stuffing tube installed.The epoxy is JBWeld Marine Weld and use this stuff many times for all kinds of repairs💪The tube sticks out the stern 5mm for this Stinger as I see the camera didn’t catch it.Hope it helps and this is just how to do it at home with basic tools anyone has access too.Important note,make sure the base of the tube is neutral to the...

Step 4 is the stuffing tube and making my bend in the brass tubing.I’m sure there is easier way to do it but this is a fast a dependable way to get a no kink bend.Stuffing tube mount and flex shaft cut and fit next.

I have three of them two are originally miss bud. But the other is U1. The u1 is much more diff in how was assembly. But. All three are great boats

Nice looking place, mine used to run like that out of the box. A few adjustments and it handles great and runs smooth. I put a Prather s215 and lost a couple mph but it runs much smoother than the stock prop.
Still have the stock prop and only run small 5000 packs and have to have the CG just right and she rips👍
The lighter packs are key. I’m running 5200’s

Tough break. I’m doing a small repair on my geico that I just got. It was a shelf queen but if must have gotten bumped on the sponson where it meets the deck. Hairline crack I’m going to epoxy. I saw you said you matched paint. I went to the web and house of kolors has chartuse green neon which I’ll be able to airbrush. What concoction did you use?? Thanks.
I used a rattle can of neon green I found that was super close and gonna repaint mine soon.Have never liked the bikini Lizard,but the color makes it easy to keep up with in the water👍Just getting myself motivated and working on others right now.New runs coming

Keep it nitro🙏 There are so many electric boats around ,please don’t kill such a beautiful and collectible nitro hydroplane, If the .15 dynamite is too slow,you can get a nice .18 or even a .21 to swap into the U1 . Keep it as something special and don‘t kill it by swapping to an ordinary further brushless my friend

Terrible. Why do ppl do this ? U just made a video to tell people you have rock lights ? No instructional. Not tips. No wire size or lengths or tons of info that could help the next jeep owner. You added absolutely nothing to do hobby or industry you literally just made a video of yourself soldering in the worst way possible for an unknown reason an unknown connection to an unknown source
If you need those instructions don’t install in the first place😂I simply gave plug and harness options that don’t come on most kits👍

The video doesn’t really show how fast it was moving and reverse will destroy flexshafts and result in lose of props.

Did you have to add the extra water cooling? I just ordered a water pump so I don't have to worry about over heating (hopefully) anymore. Let me know if you think I should modify mine like you did?

What size are the brackets?
Think they were 3” hose clamps and rubber insulate and the brackets came with the soundbar and use a couple pieces of rubber between to keep from scratching the roll cage.Already put a stage 5 Rockford System in it now with 1000watt 5channel amp and 2 10” subs under the front seats❤️
how did it turn out putting the stinger low? lower the stinger the higher in the water it rides. faster but less stable. and you have to use low pitch, large diameter props. If you mount the stinger higher you can lift the stern with small diameter, high pitch props which are faster with less surface area.
My other M34 is very stable and I am sorry for the build delay.I have been going thru recovery from another surgery and just haven’t been feeling like being in the shop working on much.

It is a real beast and after almost 3 yrs no issues or breaks other than a belt❤️I believe in maintenance and change fluids religiously 👍Also don’t go in deep mud with my machine and keep it clean after using it💪

The deck tape is silly. My Vector SR80 has never had a single drop of water in it. One day it was flipped over for nearly an hour before it finally came ashore and had only less than an ounce of water in it.

Too much torq lol use nylon bolts dont be fool use attenna tube like someone I won't mention cough ironclad cough....nylon bolts hardware store 30 cents...was it worth it lol
I have brass screws for higher torque and cough I know big b I am one of his many subscribers and he is one of mine

That thing needs some weights, way too much bounce on the water.
😂It has 4 battery’s in it and it will lift at slower speeds when you have it set up right and has to plant down!This does 96mph like this😂
