Breaking Ground on the Future of SurePoint | Sales & Production Center Groundbreaking 2024
On May 8, 2024 local government officials and leaders in the agriculture industry gathered in Rawlins County, Kansas for the groundbreaking of a new Sales & Production Center for SurePoint Ag Systems. This marks a significant milestone in the manufacturer’s ongoing commitment to innovation and rural economic development. The project, which will more than double the footprint of the existing facility, will be located on the SurePoint campus four miles north of Atwood, Kansas next to Highway 25.

Ben is a class act and a great farmer. I was lucky to spend a week in his shop working on that planter. If you are looking for how to set up/route things the right way Ben is your guy.
Hi, how many gal per minute go through the 3" line to the sprayer, when you only need water?
GPM when pumping water through the 3" passageway will typically be 250-275 GPM. This is dependent on the pump and engine you are using and the restriction created by plumbing from yank to pump and pump to QuickDraw. The typical 3" pump and 11-13 HP engines commonly used result in 250-275 GPM.
@@SurePointAg Thanks, I have one more question. For the product hose rinse you can set individual values for the product hoses which can be substracted from the batch volume. How is the volume offset between product valve in the valve stack and flowmeter taken into account...? Thx
@@cellnot As a result of how the rinse of the chemical passageway works, it starts full and ends full of rinse water, this results in accurate measurement of chemical being dispense. The position of the chemical valve on the stack factors into the calculation as well. Hi, I'm sure this is a dumb question, but is the metal cage required for the totes structural integrity, or can these totes be filled with water without being in a cage? Thanks!
It is more important for moving the tote when it is full. You can fill a tote outside the cage but the tote itself is not engineered to take that kind of stress long term so it could likely fail long before it's intended life would be over.
