Abandoned Alpenrose Dairy 2024
I wanted to be able to capture and document the abandoned Alpenrose Dairy facility before it's torn down and houses built. Sadly I never got to visit this place when it was in its prime. It looks like it was an amazing place.

Wolfbox X5 Dash Cam Torture Test
มุมมอง 8322 หลายเดือนก่อน
I was a provided a new Wolfbox X5 Dash Cam to review. I have been asked to give my impression as to how Wolfbox products work as off-road cameras for the Bronco. And I don't pull any punches. I installed the camera (although I have yet to install the hard wire kit) and went into the woods, at night, to see how the camera performs. While I saw a few critters there's room for improvement with the...
Bronco Windshield Vent Exploration
มุมมอง 432 หลายเดือนก่อน
After dropping the micro SD card from my dash cam down the windshield vent I went exploring with the endoscope. While I didn't see the card I did get a better feel for the layout of the vent area. I may take the dash top off and do more exploring.
Labor Day with the Bronco Boys
มุมมอง 5783 หลายเดือนก่อน
The No Double Honk Bronco Boys heads out for the Labor Day weekend to Eastern Oregon. This area has been on my bucket list for a while. While we all left at different times we somehow all managed to meet up as needed. For me seeing Alvord Desert was pretty cool. Pushing the Bronco out there was a blast too. I do want to get back and explore the Steens Mountains. The Owhyee area is just stunning...
Bronco Roadshock Edge Roof Lights
มุมมอง 4634 หลายเดือนก่อน
With the introduction of the Harbor Freight Roadshock Edge lights I wanted to see if I could make a high powered yet economical roof light setup. It took a bit of planning and in the end I think it turned out better than I expected. Thanks to: SendCutSend The Mighty Garage Bronco 6G Forum
1931 Ford AV8
มุมมอง 2.4K4 หลายเดือนก่อน
This was my grandfather's 1931 Ford Model A Phaeton. It's been in the family for a long time and my uncle recently made it into a period hot rod with a Mercury Flathead V8 and lowered it. This was a quick little ride we took while my dad was visiting. And no, it's not actually that fun to ride in the back seat.
Wolfbox G900 Review
มุมมอง 1.1K6 หลายเดือนก่อน
3W Auto Life reached out to me and asked me if I would review their Wolfbox G900 Dash Cam. I said I would be happy to so a few days later a package arrived. I cover the unboxing, my initial thoughts, partial installation and the review. All content was my own. Here's a link to product if you would like to check it out: wolfbox.com/products/wolfbox-g900-4k-2-5k-touch-screen-parking-monitoring-da...

I had spotted an interesting location name that I just had to check out. I had routed a possible path but you really don't know until you get out there. This is just south of Gobblers Knob in the Tillamook State Forest. Beaconsfield Villas Stomp by Doctor Turtle is licensed under a Attribution 4.0 International License.

Mustang Racing Wheel Studs

With the American Racing wheels the studs were a little shorter than I liked. So I went with the full on racing 3in wheel studs. Here how I installed them. Also some bonus coverage of the new horse in the stable and the work I did on the intake. Unexpected Hoedown In Bagging Area by Doctor Turtle is licensed under a Attribution License.
The Real Wolf Point
มุมมอง 2966 หลายเดือนก่อน
So the goal today was to find the real Wolf Point, out in the Tillamook Forest, which I did. I started on Cedar Butte, then to Wolf Point and then all the way to Jones Creek. Then I wanted to head up Cook Creek and as I was passing the Diamond Mill OHV I got a low tire warning. So I turned around there and found a nice flat spot at the OHV staging area and changed the tire. And then I headed ba...
Northern Lights (at South Triangulation Point)
มุมมอง 2257 หลายเดือนก่อน
The No Double Honk Bronco Crew headed back out to Triangulation Point (more specifically South Triangulation Point) to catch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean and then to wait for the Northern Lights. Afterwards we stopped at Kilchis Falls to see what it looked like dark. It was an amazing night and the lights were spectacular. Link to the previous visit to this area: th-cam.com/video/LRou2Bjq3...
Gawley Creek Scouting Trip
มุมมอง 3087 หลายเดือนก่อน
Once again using onX Offroad I planned out my next adventure. This day it was both a scouting opportunity and my birthday. While it was a solo trip it was a perfect chance to get out into the wilderness. The original idea was to get to Panther Rock, a 4100 ft peak in the Santiam State Forest. That idea was quickly vetoed by the first gate I came across. This area had been devastated by a forest...
Triangulation Point - Tillamook State Forest

The No Double Honk crew heads back to the Tillamook Forest for some more exploring. We find some epic views, have some adventures and give the Broncos a light workout. Note that this video replaces a previous version where I misidentified one of the locations. I've also added captions for key areas.

My first real world flight with an FPV drone and it still works (I didn't crash it too badly, too many times). The DJI Avata 2 makes it really easy to transition from cinematic drones to FPV drones. I'm planning on using this drone to add another layer to my video antics.

My pop's would always mention his Phaeton when I would ask about what cars he had as a young guy. Good one! Thnx. J.
dude that just looks like a fun car! fun to work on and fun to drive!
Great video straight to the point I appreciate taking your time to share with your instructions. .Thanks
Thanks for sharing this. Here I thought the BT Jr. was going to be trash, and now I can fix my beefier/older BT jr. for $1 vs buying a flimsier/newer one for $35. It helps if you have solder braid which sucks the old solder off the circuit board for ease of capacitor removal.
Same Deltran, same problem, same comment -- thanks a bundle!
How to doing great video for more info on installation which was the other video you said you watch?
Great video straight to the point I appreciate taking your time to share with us your instructions. Worked flawlessly
Gobblers Knob. 😂😂😂😂. Wife. Where are you and your mates going camping. Husband. Gobblers Knob. Wife. Mmmmm.
Wow! Much larger facility than I had imagined. Nice work Dave!
I don’t know the full history but if it was originally a working dairy farm it was probably way bigger. I know some people are sad to see it go but the real estate is just way too valuable. If you’re going to have a modern production dairy facility you might want to put it somewhere more remote. Like say… Tillamook. 😜
We had a lot of god Cyclocross and BMX races there.
funny....I did an significant enviro report on that property a few years ago......the sellers were tired of worrying about who would sue him next because they allowed so much public access..... future McMansions for Nike employees.....the upgrade of the road that leads to it is gloing to be a nightmare
They will charge enough for the houses up there that they won’t care how much the road costs.
Is that an inline 6 or 289?
Turn up the volume. You’ll figure it out. 😁
What the hell does that mean? Wouldn't it have been just easier to say inline 6 or 289.
@@jeffc8591 Do you want to know the difference or learn the difference?
w o n d e r f u l
Would have really like to seen you actually install it instead of glazing over that aspect. From what I’ve read it’s a PIA
You mean the extremely boring part of putting in the car? This video was more about putting the kit together than the install.
Thanks for the video. Were you not concerned about leaving that paper sticker on the filter?
I probably should be. I think it was still on there when I changed the oil.
The company sells a dashmount if you want to go that option
Yes, they sent me the dash mount and I took part of it and made my own mount. Took up too much room and it was hard to see out the windshield. Stay tuned for the next video.
does be the same thing for mine, except mines the waterproof one, But it is from 2005
Thank you for this! I fixed mine for the cost of buying a few capacitors instead having to spend about 10 times more for a replacement battery tender.

I also did the CPP sub-frame and upper tubular kit, after it was tested and driven for a few months I had it tig welded in and it feels a little better, more solid to the frame and with the Unisteer rack and pinion and Koni shocks my 67 handles great.
I hadn't thought of welding it. But I might.

Without the console you just installed, was it just the regular carpet? I have this console installed and I want to install a different one so I’m wondering if I can just take this one off and it will be the regular carpet?
Yes, regular carpet.
Hi Dave... Please could you tell me how you operate the clutch with your T5 conversion, did you use the original linkage or it looks like you went hydraulic ? Thanks
Z-bar but with the Open Tracker Heim Joints.
SURE LOOKS LIKE '32 . RADIATOR SHELL IS '32 ; ALL THE WHEELS ARE '32'S , THE PHAETON BODIES WERE THE SAME FOR BOTH '31 AND '32 . IT IS A '31 BECAUSE THE GAS TANK IS WHERE THE '31 GAS TANK SHOULD BE , NOT IN THE VERY REAR , JUST ABOVE THE REAR BUMPER , WHERE '32'S HAD IT
Good eye. Yes, it's a mix of parts like a proper hot rod.
What spring rate did you get?
I honestly would need to look that up.
Very cool car. I like the original appearance, use of the flathead engine. Enjoy!
do what i do...ride it or if it wet sumps drop the oil and refill the tank
If it's wetsumped badly you should drain. The issue is that if you have too much oil in the crankcase and try to start it it can blow out some seals.
I have a few questions about the swap do you have a Instagram it would be easier to talk there
Good explanation of the door install. Has any one have installed the wood grain inserts in the console? I am having great difficulty removing the paper / plastic from the underside of the insert. Does it actually get removed OR is it to be glued down with JB or Gorilla glue as someone has suggested?
You should have been more careful with the threads on the end of the axles rubbing it on the floor
Do you mean the splines? The concrete is very smooth so very little chance of damaging the splines.
Good Stuff and spot on ...the combat do spin really fast so .022" crank float is in spec even in a hot climate like where I live although I run a oil cooler in summer on my combat as 40C on some ride days
2:00:20 the aeros scored their second goal in the game
Great looking Bike and sounds Great also ! I wish it was mine.
They are out there but not always easy to find.
Do you still have the pony?
Which pony?
Very cool. Thanks
Looks like a great trip! Thank you for sharing with us!
One of these days I’ll make it to Joyce Lake!
"Not Joyce Lake" :D
Nice one Dave. Im just starting with Avata 2 myself. First flight ever I was already feeling the ease of control and hitting the gaps within 3 minutes with motion controller. It is that easy, and so much fun.
So awesome ,this just happened to me and searched for an answer and your video perfectly explained how to repair it.
Fun! :)
I recognize that spot at Evergreen...I used to work for Del
Looking good 👍 enjoy budd

Badass broncos!
I just bought one of these for my Braptor, I had one in my Wildtrak. I am going to use it to mount my two-way radio. One thing to remember, when you take your tops off this thing will come crashing down and hit the dash. Besides that, its an amazing add to any bronco.
With my luck it will hit me on the head then the dash.
Looks like fun! Love the back window sticker 😍 Thank you for sharing your adventure with us!
Going to invite you one of these days even if you decline. 🙂
Where’s your comment go? 😅 Saw the notification before you took action. 💪 I would’ve loved to take my bronco..especially to Moab. But beyond not having enough space, I don’t know if I’d want to do 6000miles in the bronco,.. especially with that dumb pipe I put on. 😂 Thx for your video. Looks like you had an awesome time! 💪
