no they're not, current driver, been with them since July 17th(Orientation was July 15th-16th) this year, their rates are 💩 & I don't be taking 💩'y loads either, if you don't have your own authority, registration, plates, IFTA & trailer or own a small fleet, you're going to lose money with them & will be stuck at the bottom because all of the good paying loads go to either solo drivers with their own authority(even though I don't think they make much either) or small fleet owners, they have too many drivers, I'm currently looking elsewhere, stay far away from this company

Been with landstar for 5 years now. Tough in the beginning, but once i teamed up with my wife we have been doing very well.
