Subterranean Street Society: "The Weight" Cover Version. Saw these incredible guys busking two days running outside Rijksmuseum. I messed up the filming on day one so they kindly let me record this version the next day! This is live with no amplification.

Street busker at Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam. This guy made me cry so I gave him 50 Euros and told him I would put him on TH-cam. Please share and get this guy the recognition he deserves.

His name is François.. I use to jam with him every week during my time in Amsterdam! A beautiful person with a beautiful soul. You find him under a tree in Vondelpark when the sun is shining, strumming his 3 strings guitar :D

No problem :) he's not on youtube, he's a street musician, most of the times he doesnt ask for money. Had his number but his phone was broken... I had more chance of meeting him on the street or in the park! I can say I had the best jam of my life with him singing!
He was not asking for money when I saw him. I just assumed he was a busker. Either way, he is someone I would really like to meet again. I've met a lot of musicians in the coffeeshops but I have never bumped into him. I was not even sure he played in Dam on a regular basis. Thanks again for the information. Next time I am there I will have a better chance of tracking him down. If you know anyone in Dam who knows him perhaps they might know how to contact him? Peace and weed Giulio!
Hi Giulio. I MET HIM AGAIN !! I was in Dam for a week and on the last day, walking towards the bicycle tunnel and guess who was there playing his three string guitar. We had a chat. I gave him some money and filmed him again. What a lovely, genuine, soulful man. (And I got his phone number!!).
