@@aalecmmcgrory930 Because I’m not 100% sure exactly what ones eye took but eye mentioned some of the ones it could be so it’s one of those. And also in the description also said eye have taken a laprazol in a bottle of water but didn’t drink it all. This was for when eye started eating meat again eye didn’t feel so good so my mum gave me one of them but didnt mention it in the video but like eye said it’s in the description.

Another question, do you write I like eye on purpose? Why don't you write "substances I have tried" why do you write eye instead of i?

@Yh eye do it for a the reason why eye started to do it is because eye believe the eyes are the key to the soul and can tell a lot by someone’s eyes. So when you say eye it means self and I means identify. Because eye believe we are the soul inside and not the body and the body is only for this physical experience. And what eye mean by identity is when someone ask who you are you say your name and stuff like that but that is information about you and not actually you. But of course we all say they when people ask who we are but on a deeper level I’d answer that. But where I’ve typed I as in eye for so long it’s natural for me to type it like that.

If your on about the TH-cam channel name and why it’s got zen in thats a whole different reason. To be honest you can say eye wasn’t ever actually vegan as it wasnt plants in it but also wasn’t meat so it’s not actually plant based from what I’m aware of anyway but we never really know whats inside of any of our food though really. You can also talk about clothes and other stuff that requires animals to be made but eye was only talking about the food aspect. But the whole I’m “vegan” is just labels and thats why eye out the “ marks on the vegan in the title and description (and also for the fact that eye branched out to being vegetarian.)

@@unleashedzen333 Thanks for confirming I am right about the "Never Was" and you were just on a diet. Nouns and adjectives are different things. When you are referring to yourself it's a noun, when you are talking about a diet then it's the adjective.

@ The word diet sounds like a short temporary word in my opinion what eye mean is people say “oh I’m going to go on a diet” or “it’s time for me to diet” they do this because they view the word diet similar to the word change. For me it’s so simple really eye was just eating food thats it the same as how I’m eating food now just different kinds of foods. It’s just how if you asked most people they wouldn’t say a their on a meat diet or a diet at all. Someone who eats meat would just say it’s the “normal” way of eating and why it’s because that’s all they have ever eaten m. People also view the word diet as a word that links to change like eye said. You would say he’s switched diet because he’s changed the way of he’s eating but people wouldn’t say eating meat is a diet because it’s the “norm”. Eye like simplify things eye was just eating different foods which most people would just call a “diet”. So it wasn’t a diet in my opinion it was me just me eating like eye said it’s that simple. But eye guess you could say it’s the same thing just said differently. But with how eye view the word diet and how most people use the word eye don’t believe eye was on a “diet” or have switched “diets”. I’ve just started eating foods that eye haven’t had in a bit. Eating food seems such like a natural thing when in reality it’s far more deeper then that it’s a lifestyle not a diet. Even though eye say eye simplify as the word diet I’m not on about eating as in my opinion easting is a lot more deeper then just put whatever in your mouth and digesting it.

@ Nah not really just a little add on to what eye already said. But like eye said it’s in my opinion man with the word “diet” and its meaning. The way you’re using it is how eye described it in the last response. It’s linked to the word change well that’s how most people use the word. And the way you formed the word “diet” in your sentences you said it in a way where it’s something temporary or a change. But if eye was never a vegan and eye was using animal products eye guess eye couldn’t have been on a “diet” then because eye didn’t never changed as eye was still having or using non vegan stuff. So your using the word “diet” and linking it to the word change with how your laying it out but also saying eye didn’t change because eye wasn’t actually vegan. But to be honest you are right about the me being a “vegan” like eye mentioned eye wasn’t really a “vegan” it’s all a label. I’m me. Not a “vegan” (well was) it’s just a figure of speech for context that’s why eye put the “ marks. But eye appreciate the feedback and the comments on the video but eye do understand what your saying trust me but I’m just telling you my opinions and thoughts it’s not me being wrong it ls my opinions the same as how you have your own opinions.

Done the same thing with my gf too man that’s what eye mean gaming can be very damaging when taking to seriously or to the extreme. But it’s good you have progressed from that stage. Yes it helps that games are dead and less people are on and that you have a gf aswell but a question you have to ask yourself. Do you play less pretty much because of them reasons or actually you just not holding any value to gaming anymore. Yes there’s a reason to everything but what eye mean is if all them factors weren’t at play would you still not play. If not then that is you who has done it. Yes you can say these things helped but it’s you who has done it. Thats what an “addiction” is it’s down to the mentality it’s within the mind. Eye used this analogy in the other comment don’t have the mindset of it’s an “addiction” like eye said it’s all within the mind. But the analogy is Treat it as your the author who’s writing a story and that in other words is you who has the power to chose the way your life goes it’s all a choice. So the stronger the reason for stopping the stronger the resistance of wanting that feeling aka feeding that “addiction”. So if the reason to stop is coming from you it will be stronger than an external factor because the “addiction” is within your own mind no one else’s. Hopefully this makes sense just something eye thought when reading.

Ok don’t follow me take what you need that you think can help you. We yes may have the same or similar situation but we are different people with different lives. So First you have to ask yourself what is a “normal” life and is that really what you want to live we all have different lives at the end of the day. Like eye said in the video how habbits work in my opinion is that you have to replace a bad habit with a good one. Or you’ll will just have a big gap of not doing anything and just play again. So find something you have a connection with and actually like other then gaming. Then that will naturally cut out the hours of gaming without even having to think about it because you actually like what you’re doing. You also have to be 100% honest it’s a choice to continue the “addiction”. We chose to still play and yes there’s reason why we like to still play but it all falls back on us and we have the choice. You have to treat it less like an “addiction” and more like a story and you’re the author who can write the story. So in other words you are the person with the power to make progress with this “addiction” that you have and then if it’s your goal to also quit it completely. It’s all down to your mind you have to realise that only you can do it. Hope this helped.
