About 3 Veg Farm: Hi, I'm Cathie. As manager of the Bathurst Wholefood Co Op for 9 years I understand that there is a demand for local healthy produce. But where are the small organic ...

So happy you have met Aussies finest it gives me hope
I had n idea Tarwyn park was saved. Peter is such a legend. In europe nobody has heard about him, a real unsung hero and a true pioneer. Thank God for people like him.
At times it's good for government to get the h3ll out of the way and let people who know what they're doing, do good.
Beautiful, what a gorgeous opportunity for families to learn from the living landscape. 🌳🐛🐞🍃🌧️
Wonderful
I am so enjoying watching your videos... short, sweet and super inspiring. Many lovely concepts in this one: landscape literacy, "working together as a watershed," "we know we can keep water in the landscape," changing the water dynamics by putting structures in the stram bed.
Great work guys! Equilibrium is the key to understanding that all things in nature are one. God bless 😊
Not one native animal in sight 🤔
There are plenty of both native critters and heritage breeds happening in the area, with some gran plans for rewilding swathes around Dartington. Didn't get time to film and share those aspects on this run! A wonderful place to observe those more is at Knepp Estate as part of the rewilding project there. 👍

Very sad to see you go, Marina.

So inspiring. Hoping many others are taking note of your teachings. Keep up the great work. 😊
Kia ora peter Kia ora whanau
Peter is a genius of land management
Lot of white man infrastructure there brother I hope you appreciate it
I seem to have drawn a blank on getting attention with my last comment, so let me try again. I have learned a lot from Peter's work -- more about weeds than water, but I am sure that I know an improvement to his work. Mainly it requires not fossil fuels and can be done immediately by millions of people. That is, in sum, to make the weirs NOT leaky but rather allowing them to brim onto perfect contour lines. I have written and posted videos about this extensively. I am currently doing a series called "Waterwalks". Here is one. I SO wish Peter would use his influence to promote this adjustment to his technique. The need is so urgent. th-cam.com/video/AOJN_1W_TNM/w-d-xo.html

So glad I told people to read his book ✌️
I’m so thankful for Peter Andrews and his determination
Thank you so very very much Peter for devoting your heart and knowing and life to this invaluable way. From David, I am not a farmer but recognize clearly the invaluable contribution you are making to life on Planet Earth!!!
Brilliant idea, and I agree, more people need to grow their own. Bless you, Joyce.
Gratitude and blessings for your great work, and standing strong against the insanity that we are currently facing still. Much love and respect, I am inspired by your great work and am endeavouring to do likewise. Thank you for sharing your message and methods.
I live in the Philippines and am doing something similiar. The difference here is, it is hot and humid and rains weekly, so everything grows. I have a 6 hectare organic farm and have many different types of fruit trees, coconuts, chickens, goats, braham cattle and ducks. The cattle are good at keeping the grass down and we collect some of their manure and soak it in 75 litre containers using water and molasses. After 2 weeks we put a litre around all small fruit trees, every 2 weeks. We also use woodash for added mineral content, but sparingly. This mix we also use on our vegie gardens. We have a sloped area and at the bottom there is a low lying marsh area that slows down the water flow before it goes into 4 separate dams. As a believer, I have dedicated this farm to the Creator of all things, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. As He is the manager and I his farmhand, I figure I am in a better position to weather any storms, as who could u have, that would make a better manager.
Brilliant.. . The less man interferes with nature, the more nature looks after man.
Love it! ❤
I THOUGHT I made a long comment just an hour or so ago, but maybe I forgot to hit "comment". Well, in any case I won't repeat it at the moment. In short, I like your beautiful video a lot and will share it. Two things about "decentralized water retention" , though, that should be immediately addressed are 1) the use of fossil fuels in construction and maintenance; and 2) keeping water on perfect contours except for drop structures with stilling basins. I'll see if this comment is added, and then I will go on.
Okay. It's there. The quickest way I know of to show the kind of decentralized water retention that I feel is essential is to look at this video of mine. It could be practiced in millions of places by billions of people.

I'm sorry if I have "over posted" this, but I feel the urgency.

Thank you for your efforts with presenting Peter Andrews. Everything in his heretic message has worked on our small farm. A shift of mind.
❤ This is a great video, thank you for sharing this extremely important message ❤
Well done Joyce, a much needed skillset for all Australians
Nice project.
Good work Cathie, well prepared ! Farm located in Mid size town seems to be a good recipie for commercial success ! Am I right about the potential commercial viability of your farming project Cathie ?
Hiya Walter, Cath is commercially viable, generating a modest revenue to employ 2 people and feeding upwards of 50 families per week in Bathurst area. She is profitable and happy, living a great lifestyle and supporting her local community :)
Hey guys, this presentation is very endearing. How is Bylong doing nowadays ?
Hiya Walter, Bylong was saved from coal mining, but the coal company still owns the whole valley, for now ;-)
Fantastic efforts, hopefully there are more people like you in local governments everywhere leading the way with this great initiative 💚💚💚

You've got CLOSE to the right idea. Are you by any chance a group of Water and Climate on Facebook? I have recently joined it, and find that THERE one can find a platform of interested people. Little by little I am learning about that group, and little by little I intend to explain what contributors have right, and not QUITE right.
Why so few views???? And why so few comments??? Marama, we need you and young people like you. What does it take for you to get people's attention? In any case, keep up the work and DON'T LOSE HOPE!
Marama, do you realize that I am the same guy who tried so hard to contact PA and through your help managed to? We conversed a little. I hope you are well and still working at this. Let me know if I can help.
I see so many gardens in my area where people are just putting down plastic grass, slate chippings, block paving so they can avoid doing any gardening and interacting with nature. That is so sad some gardening would help clear their minds of the daily hubbub and help the environment. But with people like you and all these regenerative farmers I think there is real hope for the future of the planet. Best wishes from Nottingham England
