if you receive the machine and everything seems okay and nothing suspicious that is enough , if it is turning on or even if the boot screen is coming is enough for replacement if any issue comes later , usually delivery persons are in hurry so they keep insisting to give otp once the device starts but I suggest you can take your time and check everything from build quality dents model no etc. since setup takes time we gave him otp after the hello / namaste screen .

Claim warranty , best option imo , rest is drivers , hklocalmachine registers editing and a load more of painstaking steps , what helped me was deleting the armoury crate

I suggest you do a clean windows install with all drivers and everything and before that you use armoury crate uninstaller

@@MoulikGames ay that’s great , you could try what I instructed since claiming warranty 90% of the times means getting all data reset ,if my instructions don’t work then warranty claim and a bunch of waiting ( always take the job sheet )

If it's an Asus laptop / desktop I'd suggest using armoury crate uninstaller that helped me

Delete the inbuilt gpu disabling software , in my case it was armoury crate simply deleting it did not help had to use armoury crate uninstaller

Hey bro , what worked for me was to install “Armoury crate uninstaller” this is what helped me get rid of armoury crate completely which was somehow stopping the gpu , this code typically means the hardware is unable to serve the computer , could be a software hinderance or an actual physical problem associated with small dgpu chips around the gpu , if nothing works you might need to go to an expert ( Nehru Place ke ache shops ) and make the re solder the dgpu ics those are small memory ics around the gpu it might cost you 4-5k

Go for warranty , which brand is your laptop ? Asus provides home repair and pickup ive had a good experience with them , do make sure you take the job sheet from the guy

@@kartiksharma9698 you need to claim warranty and have it replaced , in this case likely damaged hardware manufacturing issue , try checking all connections too

Bro that’s the igpu, Rtx wasn’t turning on system was running on amds apu, which translates to the inbuild gpu on the cpu being Ryzen 7 5800hx , but it’s dog water compared to the Rtx 3060 which wasn’t even being detected by the system 💀

If you look at the yellow sign part , you’ll see an Rtx 3060 not working but visible on device manager

It worked out , no more sad 👍🏻, just had to delete armoury crate completely it had somehow managed to completely turn power to Rtx 3060 off
