Crash Mat Assembly Video
In this video, the team from Victor Harbor Gymnastics assembles their new Foam Sales Crash Mat.
Foam Sales' Crash Mats are shipped Australia-wide. In order to minimise Shipping Charges we usually ship the foam from our Partner Foam Factories in your own State. The covers are shipped separately from our Factory in Western Australia. Covers open out flat, as all covers are zipped around three sides, so are easily fitted over the foam onsite.

What is the difference between PE and XPE? Isn't it the same?
Hello Michal, XPE is an extruded product that is run off onto rolls, or is made up to the required thickness by heat lamination of thin layers of the extruded sheet. PE, or XLPE is block moulded product, at say 100mm thick, that is cut to the sheet thickness required. SB

Hello Justin, not in the long term. As the years go by each product will dust on the surface and degrade in sunlight. Where used for boat fenders and marine bumpers the products are often coated with flexible polyurethanes or with weathershield paints. SB

Can these foams be laser engraved or cut? I know some foams can be laser cut or engraved. Depending on the design is sometimes cleaner than CNC engraving etc. Thank you in advance

Seems somebody could make millions by using a foam like this to make a car cover to protect against Hail. I see no real solutions on Amazon or elsewhere for hail car cover which must be flexible yet protective. Just saying.....thanks.
I tried that a few years ago. So it doesn't causes dents, the PE foam had to be pretty thick, about an inch, which meant it did not go over curves and was pretty expensive per square foot.
For outdoor furniture I'm looking for a firm foam that will last for years and not shrink when sat upon...what do you recommend?
