    That is not converting an Incident to a Request. That is promoting an Incident to a Request to resolve the Incident. If an Incident comes in and it should have been a Request, then the Request needs to be created, and the Incident CANCELED.

    All you're doing is uninstalling and reinstalling Teams here. You aren't purging any of the saved/cached data that rides along with it. I don't know where you found this "solution", but it's half-assed at best, and just flat doesn't work.

    You create a user and generate a password, and how do you deliver the password and login to the user?

      there are quite a few ways of dealing with it, depending on your current security architecture, from a manual to a fully integrated identity management solution..... one of the examples, you can use an email notification to send the username and password to the newly created account.

      so basically you will need to start on one integration first. the most famous one is REST-API. From here you get to learn about a protocol and its structure and how you will consume or send data. Always think about security, and how to get access.

    While importing, Im getting error that " the branch main does not exist" , Im new to servicenow and have used the personal access token as well , how to solve this error.

      you must be doing a commit to the main branch. this is a different topic from what has been demonstrated. I will create a separate video addressing this topic.

    This doesn't work. I get a grey image of a key after password and can't go any further. I'm the admin on my mac too.

    Hi there, I have a package hosted on Github packages and would like to integrate it unto my ServiceNow instance. I'm quite new to ServiceNow and would like to inquire some details. Can it only be done through the AES, or is there any other way that I can integrate and test it out? What would be the entry point for the integration between ServiceNow and Github? Thanks

      Hi, you can also integrate Git using Visual Studio Code as a repository. As someone new, I recommend getting familiar with AES first before exploring other tools. It will allow you to accustom yourself to ServiceNow capabilities.

    This is too fast. For every step you do you must tell the user why you are doing it. You said export the setting. Ok to where??? and why? You said server. What server??

      Hi Rohan, the server meant the UFT Mobile server now called UFT Digital Lab. the Digital Lab has predefined workspaces that is already pre-configured. The video demonstrates the seamless integration with LoadRunner for the purposes of performance testing.
