    I saw a woman who used a derma roller on all of her loose stomach skin. It causes collagen to come repair the area you rolled which causes the elasticity and firmness to come back. She did it a few times and the difference it made was unreal

    After you stop breastfeeding, did your period stop as well and came back irregular? My period came back maybe six months after my little one was born. I continued breastfeeding until my little one turned three just recently. A week ago, I weaned my little one and now my period is late. I’m trying not to stress or think much about it. Pls reply. And anyone reading this. Pls reply ASAP. Thank you.

    It’s my second day of Weaning, after 3 years. And my emotions are all over, I feel very depressed and moody over nothing. It’s been hard because no one understand this and no one prepared you for this either in the beginning of the breastfeeding journey I think I’m just sad for the fact that I feel that connection with my baby it’s gone, I miss already that bounding and that special moment that we had 2 days ago. And it’s only been 2 days 😅😅 I know that it’s my hormones.

    Did you stop feeding quickly or was it a slow weaning process? I’m just curious because my daughter turned 3 last month and we had been maybe 3/4 feeds up until around June then I distracted and redirected her and feeds were reduced to 2, 3 max and all of august was just night before bed or sometimes not even that and not at all through the day then 3rd of this month was the last feed before bed so 9 days of not feeding at all and completely stopped :) I didn’t leak anything at all, my breasts as you have described but I’d say they aren’t as saggy or empty feeling but still not back to pre pregnancy and I haven’t gained any weight although I have cut out sugary drinks since past 2 weeks so maybe that could be why I haven’t gained weight :) or maybe it was a long weaning process..

    • @mymommyspost
      @mymommyspost 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes! I did the fast weaning just to completely stop because I wanted my body back 😫That’s such a smart way to do the gradual weaning !

  • @danellehuckabey6730

    Yes to all of this. I am three months post-weaned and I’ve gained 10 pounds. I feel awful, but trying to give myself grace as my body is adjusting to not being pregnant or breastfeeding for seven years now. I understand that my hormones are changing, but it’s so frustrating since I workout 5-6 days a week and have a pretty healthy diet. Did your body eventually even out over the course of time?

    • @mymommyspost
      @mymommyspost 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    As a reviewer that I have seen the aroma zen I had seen many problems that with the inside that had heated up because of the high amount of current and the shape its the way its shaped when you have long usage you will have a lot of heat . Poosh I have seen their defuser models that the round shape can distribute the heat and not to be a heat conductor when you have something that is small and narrow you will have heat build up . Poosh has designed a product that has a lot of room inside and to keep the defuser cool and that you can remove the top with out getting burned .

      I personally just dropped the morning feeds and kept the night feeds only because I know it was the hardest feed for him to stop. The transition that helped me stop the night feed I would feed him once at night and when he woke up I’d rock him back to sleep - so then he eventually stopped waking up. I would it slowly so it’s not stressing you and the baby out. The whole process took about 4 days you have to be patient and consistent ❤️ good luck momma

      Hello!! What I did I just dropped the two morning and lunch feeds and left the night feed last. I had to wait the three days for my breast to regulate and stop producing milk at the pace they were used to and then only feed him once during the night. If he woke up looking for the boob I would offer water in his supply cup or rock him to sleep. It’s all about creating new habits ❤️ I really hope this helps ! You got this momma
