If ya'll were gonna go over only the Canon Fruits then yall could've gone to list that didn't include the non-canon ones heh. That said though, nice job on making this list. TH-cam can always have those who rank the fruits based on the Fruit itself and not the user. I've seen many folk unfairly judge fruits because of how terrible the character is with the fruit in question.

About Mushoku Tensei S2P2. The first 6 episodes will be pretty slow paced, much like the latter half of S2P1. Personally I quite like that part, but it's all character interactions and no action. The second half of the cour are the main reason for the hype. That's where a lot of the action is focused. There won't be anything as controversial as the kidnapping or slavebuying next season. Overall Rudy's character will see quite a bit of growth in the second cour and his perverted behavior will not be as prevalent.

What a great podcast! Deeply insightful. I listened to this while driving after finishing like my fourth read through of the series, getting hyped up for book 3. I thought all your ideas and theories were great, but I think you might have been slightly off about one- perfect Lyctorhood. Ofc I could be wrong because Ms miur could side slam us with some hot new facts in six days. John has achieved perfect Lyctorhood, while the others have achieved imperfect lyctorhood. Here’s the thing, we know there’s a body in the tomb. That means true perfect lyctorhood is a full exchange between cavalier and necromancer. Gideon/Harrow, Gideon OG/Pyr and Cam/Pal have achieved a sort of midstate, they haven’t perfectly switched bodies but for one reason or another (loss of body, incorrect ritual, lobotomy) preserved the other soul. If they had done it perfectly, both would still be alive with in theory the full powers of a Lyctor. That’s why the originals were so angry, they could’ve had their cake and eaten it too. But only John got that, and since he did it before he met any of them or spent time with them they never realized that he had already completed it when they met both him and Alecto. NO ONE had to die. But John let them all think it was the only way for a reason we still don’t have the answer to- but I’d assume pure greed and unchallenged power supremacy. anyway, I really enjoyed this piece of contents and hope that you guys get a chance to discuss your further locked tomb thoughts after the release of Nona. Favorite origins: dwarf commoner. It made sense that people explain the world to you as you are isolated from the world and have never heard of mages
