I bought it in the official Deepelec store. Receiver is amazing
I got one of these radios , using the telescopic whip the interference from the screen is really bad on LW, MW and annoying on SW and FM. The performance on MW with the telescopic antenna is impressive but you have to turn the screen off. The performance is excellent with external antenna.

I like the look of this radio and was going to buy one until I realized the case is made from pcb material. Do you have another version with a metal case?, this one wont survive a drop on the floor!

I see rds quality bar like in that 'official' firmware. Is that mean that firmware is compatible with dp-666?
@@nobodyknows9122 This is the official firmware. We just added key scanning to the official firmware.

I have a question. 1. Is there an AM ferrite antenna inside the radio? 2. Is the battery integrated? Or is it a replaceable rechargeable battery? 3. Which DSP receiving chip version is included, F8602 or F8605?
1. There is no built-in ferrite AM antenna inside the radio 2. The battery is integrated 3. The version of the receiving DSP chip is F8602 I was able to answer all these questions with the help of a photo of the inside of this radio, which I found on the DEEPELEC website

Great radio
I purchased one of your previous SDR radios and I hope that you support it better than the last unit. It only received one software update. I do like the idea of more conventional input devices IE knobs and buttons. The touch screen on the other unit was novel but honestly over time it was a pain. I think this one will be much better.

There isn't a DSP2 in the video.
The middle one is a DSP2 it has 192k visible and a radio button
@dave10524 Unless thst is a completely different cased DSP2, that isn't a DSP2. I have DSP2 and it looks nothing like that.
@@jzenick I have had my Russian DSP2 since 2021 , direct from Georgiy and the Malahiteam in Russia so I have been following them for some time , the one in the middle is an authorized clone by HDFY and actually came out before the new grey clones with the knobs on top. It is obviously a DSP2 as it is showing 192kc of spectrum and has the radio button instead of the hard button of the DSP1's
Does that DSP2 have 2.20c firmware?
Well worth the money this will receive as well as some of the most expensive rigs on the market

I have this receiver, I highly recommend it. Like any receiver, it needs a good antenna. For SW I recommend, for example, the YouLoop or an MLA30+ 73 to all
