I know someone who has a spouse that’s over the age of 65 has Parkinson’s is bipolar has diabetes, and the spouse leaves the person at home by themselves for several hours at a time sometimes their depends are soaked sometimes they have pooped throughout the home and got it everywhere Food is only left in portions. The person is left in a warm home and the person has sometimes called 911 sometimes has wondered off has turned on the oven with the gas on and the other spouse is the caregiver of this person and leaves all the time for hours at a time, it sounds like this might be abuse that I don’t know what to do

Daniel, I appreciate all that you are pointing out, but I suggest you left out an increasingly important additive, a Car Cam. Most car stops today are won, I believe, with these car cams that can dispute the Officer's manipulation of the driver's actions and responses. If no car cam, the secondary answer would be the Iphone in Video mode. What also is not mentioned, are the potential motivations of the traffic stop and manipulations of the Police Officer: he/she may be hoping for a raise or promotion to Detective or simply hope for a unit recognition as a conscientious Police Officer, or he/she may be encouraged by his Office to 'bring more revenue'. Got pulled over for tinted windows and turned into a dui he was flexing his power refused the Test so Police officer called a Judge to get a Warrant for my blood then Feb 26th was my court date but I wasn't on the calendar and I do not have a warrant.. Idk if it was a DA reject or anything, so i left it alone, Sir The D.MV was Something Different I didn't get a call from the dmv for my hearing while I gave Evidence of me getting pulled over " CAMERAS in my car" i appealed it and received a letter that the Decision is still the same.... The DMV employer told me today that just because I appealed and contested their decision, they said my license is suspended until 2027..

3rd strike offense doesn't necessarily mean a life sentence. I arrested a 25 time offender and prosecuted him as a repeat offender which required a mandatory life sentence. 6 months later I saw him walking the street. His medical condition, hiv, was too much of a liability to incarcerate him for life.

In 27 years I arrested well over a thousand dui's in California. I never lost a single one in court. Not one.

Would asking to be allowed to consult with an attorney before deciding whether to submit to a chemical test for intoxication at the station be considered a refusal?

What about a tourist from out of state pr country. There would be no implied consent...

Crazzy on the witness part I worked at apartments and manager had a good squar of people that I’ve seen lie on reports and court stuff for accidents aand what not and all was a lie I’d hate for something like this to happen to somone because they were reaching for their phone to call the police just so happen everyone new they had a concealed permit man that would suck

Don't you just love how it's a "health and safety" law implying it's designed to protect people's health and safety whereas in fact it's designed to protect the gov't extortion racket where you have to pay them your hard-earned money to get permission to grow your own cannabis on your own property? It's amazing they don't charge you money to cook your own food on your own stove in your own house. They can make that a "health and safety" law as well and if you don't pay up, you will have to go to prison for your own health and safety! Yeah, there is so much "health and safety" in sending people to prison for not paying license fees to the gov't (read: extortion money) just so they can grow 7+ plants on their own property. I was charged with a felony wobbler for a firearm offense back in July 14, 2021 and I have a preliminary hearing coming up next month in November is there a chance I can be granted a 17b motion at a preliminary hearing?
