@@limelight982 no, a lot of different series have contributed to it. F3 with rear view mirrors, F1 with crumble zones and roll bars, NASCAR with aerodynamics and better lasting engines, FE pushing forward in electric car tech. So many things are influenced and researched in motor sports

Because that’s how you get power to the wheels from the drive axle. It’s probably a weld/limited slip diff anyways.
