Way to slow
I’m sorry you felt that way. I do it very slow on purpose so beginners can see how everything looks at every step and can feel confidence when baking. For more advanced bakers like you, I put chapters on the bottom so you can skip ahead to the parts that you want to see :)

How many peaches total?
