Way to slow
I’m sorry you felt that way. I do it very slow on purpose so beginners can see how everything looks at every step and can feel confidence when baking. For more advanced bakers like you, I put chapters on the bottom so you can skip ahead to the parts that you want to see :)

How many peaches total?
I used two for my recipe! That's because that's how many peaches I had at the time. However, you can use however many peaches you have by duplicating the recipe. You are supposed to flour your hands also so that the dough doesn't stick to your hands, also flour the surface on which the raw dough will set upon while in the oven.
