Dehydrated food is it any good

During a hammock overnight stay I try for the first time a dried meal from a bag.
Normally I take fresh food with me, but I thought I would make it easy and lightweight. How does it taste?
This is a second post, the first one was missing part of the video due to technical problems.

When autumn arrives you know you have to say goodbye to summer. I think summer is wonderful, but autumn has its beautiful aspects. Today I was able to see the beginnings of this during a lovely walk through the forest. I treat myself to a delicious hamburger. Have fun watching. Gr Steven

My daughter and I took a three-day course in Bali to become acquainted with freediving. A great experience where we managed to reach a depth of 16 meters together with the basic techniques. So cool to see what you are capable of when your mind and body work together optimally. Thanks to free diving Amed.

Sleeping on the beach

It had been on my list for a while to sleep on the beach. With nothing more than an air mattress, sleeping bag and some food and drinks, I walk through the dunes to the beach. In the evening I enjoy a beautiful sunset and sleep under the stars. The next morning I have a phenomenal sunrise at 5.20. This one reminded me of the sunrise on Mount Fuji. What a wonderful trip. Enjoy watching.

At the end of April we traveled to Fyns Hoved in Denemerken for a full week of fly fishing for sea trout. The weather was good for us, sunny every day. More garfish were caught than Sea trout. But the sea trout that were caught were around 60 cm. A wonderful week in beautiful surroundings. Gr Steven

What's not to like about ending your working week by heading into the woods after work. After a lovely walk I tie my hammock between the trees and eat a simple meal. A refreshing dip in the lake in the morning, let the weekend come. Greetings Steven

Today I wanted to take it easy, light packing and not a mile-long walk. To minimize weight, I opt for an air mattress and sleeping bag and an insect net. This means there is still enough room in my bag for a good meal. Enjoy watching.

Dear viewer, in this video I take you to the Kyll River in Germany. Life is so simple sometimes. You take some friends, some fly rods and some beers and you travel to Eigel in Germany. Here you can enjoy the beautiful Kyll River for three days. And the beauty through which this river flows. You don't come here to catch, you come here to fish. Not just fishing, fly fishing. With a number of members of our fly fishing group we entered the polder of Stolwijk to hunt for the polder pike. With nine men we managed to land two pike of 82 cm. Not many fish, but a successful day full of fun. Gr Steven
