Bonjur, Victor! Great collection! I just want to say that it's better divide banknotes Russian Impery, USSR, and modern Russia like you do with other countries. I mean it's good that way you did too, but it's still bit other hah
also i like and support your idea to divide countries with black lists, i will do same too when will buy new albums haha
