Chainwarden is and had been one of the most balanced mantras since release. Go after blood if you’re mad about glitchy feeling overtuned things. The kick is a free parry and is hard to land in general because of the huge windup(I’ve played as chain and gone against chain lotta times) and impel ain’t that bad either. The pull on impel does need to be more consistent to activate or not activate and if there’s still hyper armor on anything, then that needs to get removed too, but overall those are small changes and small nerfs
