Tahini helps balance the sweetness and adds a nutty flavour to the chocolate. The chocolate maybe a bit too sweet without it, but if you don’t mind that then you can skip it ☺️

Hello i have a problem when i put inside filling it doesnt became crispy taste its just dough how can i fix that?
Hi it could be because the kataifi was not cooked enough after piping or was not fried till crispy. Adding the kataifi while it's warm into the pistachio butter could also cause this. Unfortunately the kunafa filling can’t be fixed once the kataifi and pistachio butter have been mixed 😕

Hi you can store it for a few months at room temperature. It lasts longer if stored in the fridge. I used sunflower oil for this recipe ☺️

Hi you can use potato starch instead of cornstarch. If you really can’t find either then you can try it without cornstarch, it might work ☺️

Skrobia kukurydziana uzyskiwana jest z białych pręcików kukurydzy a mąka z ziarenek. To nie to samo. U nas jest w sprzedaży i jedna i druga. W Polsce używa się skrobi ziemniaczanej.

Is there a difference if I use palenta?
Hi @Klaricaa-heree I would advise to use cornstarch as it gives a good consistency and allows the batter to pipe thinly ☺️ Polenta would possibly give a grainy texture
