i love/hate how in splatoon 3 they make it even worse with Mr. grizz laughing super creepy, and the dying/hurted inklings sounds in the back makes them even worse, i felt super guilty the first time i saw that-

Dude the nostalgia of octo expansion’s end of the world cutscene is insane. I was 9 when I beat it and I couldn’t count the amount of times I saw that cutscene. Finally beating it felt so great. (Side order doesn’t compare in the slightest

I feel like they put more effort into the lore of the octo expansion, here the only thing that happened was that a bear out of nowhere got up and wanted to make everyone hairy

there's nothing worse and more disspaointing than failing the Splatoon endings, the music just hypes you to win right away

It’s so sad with Deep Cut’s dialogue compared to Octo Expansions because they don’t talk about the city being destroyed, they say that we weren’t the only ones to have failed Splatsville, they blame themselves too, despite them having no control over it. Not only that but it sounds like their final words to the place they truly loved.

I love the applications of the theory of evolution so much. The villians behind this are the why I chose team present and not team past, focus on the pass too much and this might end up happening.

Man, in Splatoon 3 all of them got turned into furry testicles.

i love how nintendo comes up with really dark endings for games that seem innocent (i just kinda wish OE's bad ending was as dark as splatoon 3's)

I don’t really care about which ending is darker, I feel really bad for the idols who have to watch the world get covered in fuzzy ooze, or watch their kind get blended up because of the agents fail. They can’t do anything about it, so they just have to sit there and watch.

The fact that missing one bomb in Octo will doom inkopolis is kinda funny

I wish there was one for Side Order where Order pushes back against the grayscaling errors that hit him in the spectrum obligato stage and creates his world of order.

Ngl I gave up on the final level of the octo expansion. They don’t even require you to die more than once for the skip. And it isn’t required for 100%

I also like the fact that you received O.R.C.A's message in the bad ending _not as an agent_ But as an alien who happened to come across a furry, hellish landscape

I had to suffer Octo Expasion bad ending like 10 times, and then js gave up and skipped it. But in Splatoon 3 I saw it like, once and skipped the cutscene
