Hi Guys Not my original plan as was planning to get out Friday night find somewhere to camp in the hammock & carry on Saturday but that didn’t happen! So up at 5am Saturday & out the door Had a few issues trying to get used to using OsmAnd to navigate so properly a good job that wasn’t Friday night 🤣 This is part 1 or either a 3 or 4 part trip to the plains Keep is loose 😎🤘🏻

This time I took in Claerwen Reservoir byway to the gate at the end I wasn’t sure if access was allowed down the track so decided to double back the way I came & re do the byway through Elan valley loving wales can’t wait for another visit 🏴🤘🏻😎

My first trip to wales with the Tenere only a little bit of off roading on this trip as went with grandad on the Suzuki scooter! Wow what amazing trails & stunning views I can’t wait to come back for more off road exploring! 😎🤘🏻

Out finding some new lanes around Alton, Odiham & Greywell, some were pretty over grown in places & the need of better tyres was still there, I even caught myself out & had my first couple of silly crashes 😎🤘🏻🤦🏻♂️

Nice little Friday night ride to the punch bowl with Mr Dibtech Suspension making an appearance & showing me how good the anakee wild tyres were compared to the stock ones I have! Quick meet up with Danny AKA "Grandad" to take him to a mates for a new rear tyre & then off for a few cheeky lanes "on the way home" ish lol Really starting to feel how worn out the stock tyres have become nearly lost the front a few times new tyres needed soon!

Absolutely love it! You're riding in heaven!
Great looking bike, I’m soon to be taking one for a test ride. Can I ask how you’re finding the suspension, I’ve see several people saying it’s fine and several saying to swop the springs for something stronger. It’s a bike that’s at the top of my wish list because I like the fact there are very few electronic trick bits on it and it looks easy to do basic maintenance as well.

It's no wonder bikes get a bad rep with idiots like that at 29:25 down in the water and probably ripping the bank uo while they are at it. It will end up that we lose trail access. It really winds me up. On a positive note, the bike is great, nice to see one being used properly, nice one.
Yeah I was a little annoyed seeing what they were doing when you have access to such amazing trails & they ride like idiots with no respect for anything even themselves as non were wearing helmets Thanks love the bike first thing I did when picked up from the dealer was get it muddy! I wasn’t sure if could continue down the track after the gate at end of the fist bit
@@DaymosAdventures Its a rough trail for sure. If you have a riding buddy try coming the other way. The rock step is a bit tricky but views are worth it.

some good lanes. adjust your clickers there is nothing wrong with the raid suspension. you just need to set it up. ankee are good . have fun.
I think i just need some stiffer springs as I’m heavy, to be fair I’ve been impressed with the stock setup all round even the tyres are pretty capable if you know what your doing, looking forward to trying anakee’s after my trip to wales
@@DaymosAdventures if your coming to wales put ankees on , you will find the limits of the stock tyres if you do the proper trails in wales. come out with us and you will see.
@@adriantompson this trip is going to be mainly road as going with a friend on a road bike, but I will pop down a few lanes while there nothing to taxing this time, would like to go do strata Florida in the future Be good to get shown around by someone who knows where they going!
