Recipe:- Custard apple milkshake
Custard Apple Milkshake Recipe (Sitaphal Milkshake):
A creamy and refreshing milkshake made with custard apples, milk, and a touch of sweetness.
Ingredients:
- 2-3 custard apples (sitaphal), diced
- 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy, such as almond or soy milk)
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (elaichi)
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Whipped cream or chopped nuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine diced custard apples, milk, honey/sugar (if using), and cardamom powder.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice level.
4. Add ice cubes (if using) and blend until frothy.
5. Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream or chopped nuts (if using).
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips:
- Use ripe and sweet custard apples for best flavor.
- Adjust milk quantity to desired consistency.
- Add a pinch of salt to balance sweetness.
Variations:
- Custard Apple Banana Milkshake: Add 1-2 ripe bananas.
