…Thoughts are that whole “trailer” thing…it probably seems like someone among the devs really wants Sparkle to be the focus of the collab, and not any individual story without her. If that was all, it would be fine, but the way it’s presented, with different potential narratives for crossing over Star Rail and Impact…it kind of frustrated me, with all these interesting ideas and potential character meetings…but it probably means we’re going to know nothing about what’s really going to be planned for Honkai Impact 7.6… The fan service is admirable, of course, with the decent collection of characters and “what-if” interactions…even if the “Welt Returns Home” and “Astral Express VS St. Freya” plots are the ones that make the most sense…even if the latter could probably have a separate context for the characters meeting, like March getting training from Fu Hua, but like everything else, that’s just a “what if”…
