@PinderProductions Nice. I hope to start the pet shop modular soon and then do the Avengers Tower since it has a lot of stickers 52 in fact and a lot are small and on round things so I am not looking forward to that.

Thank you. The Lego truck was a blast to build, and considering all the stuff I went through this year, it was great to build something that brought me at ease for once. The video on the Lego truck will be out either at the end of December or early January. It all depends on what videos I get made, so I have things pre-made since I have a lot of modulars and $300 sets in my backlog right now.

@ No worries you deserve it. Glad to hear you enjoyed building it, especially when it brought you at ease, after everything you went through this year. I hope everything ok? @Lego-Man123 Yeah. The pet shop is to get started while waiting for the Tudor corner, then the Tudor corner will be built and added, and then I don't know what's to come.

@PinderProductions I agree. The mix of play and display, plus it's one of my favorite movies, so I might be biased.

@BuilderFamily Yeah. It's all pricy for sure. Townhall has been out of my range for years, but I have a workaround for that since I dislike the X mansion set and there is a new clock piece coming in the new modular which will allow me to turn the X mansion into a townhall for a lot cheaper then the 2012 modular.

@@saftersevenx7371 Thank you. I have some big plans for next year as long as I get some non city projects done before the end of 2024.

@BuilderFamily Thanks. I didn't show the parts since they were already color sorted before I made this video. Actually, I just got back today from the grand opening and came home with a few series cmfs I had originally missed years ago. Now, my goal is to get the pieces for a 10218 petshop through pick a brick for Christmas. I would have gotten a full set had I gotten there 5 minutes earlier, but oh well.

@Darwinnes4345 My original Lego City was just a 6 foot folding table with no train years before I started my TH-cam channel, and I ran out of space fast.

@PinderProductions I buit it around the corner garage modular, so that's why it's there. Glad you find it enjoyable.

@MRNBricks Take time to sort out life first. That's why my city updates haven't been so extreme this year. Just life getting in the way. I will have some things finalized for my October update for sure, so that will be great.

@matte-93 Not a bad idea, but I won't do that until I get other projects done and more minifigs.

@MRNBricks I did. The video will be out in September sometime. I am trying to maximize my remaining budget for 2024 so I am waiting for a double points to get the corvet set and then I plan to get either the animated series batmobile and Spiderman mask or the Orient express for Christmas.

@@MRNBricks Those will be removed at some time. Right now I am working on preparing for the avengers tower and hoping to get 2 smaller sets built in case I have to start a 2nd job soon.

@mikeconnelly7032 Nope I actually didn't order anything over the July double points but my 2nd half of my order from my June double points came shortly after I dropped this video and I found a minifig I had needed for my amusement park for 8 years while on a weekend trip and finally got another project almost done so I have a haul on the way.

@@bricklover2258 I found the popcorn cart and added it to my food truck event.

@MRNBricks If you think this is good, just wait for the update in July. I finally have city additions.

@BuilderFamily Thanks. Yeah, 2024 hasn't been a great year for the city for progress, though I hope to change that soon. I have plans to finish my passenger train soon, so that will be a big project done, and then I plan to go all out for my 100th haul for Christmas this year which will be one of my largest hauls in a long time.

Thanks. As for may the 4th, I didn't get anything, but I plan to get the last train part to complete my passenger train finally.I might posibly do a bricks and minifigs stop next weekend as well when we take my sister back to her friends house so they can head back to college. Since I have taken a cut on hours from work, I plan to get the Spiderman art done this month for sure. I took the hours cut since it was stressing me mentally, like really bad.

Don't worry. With my work, I have fallen so behind on projects, so I am not even sure if I will get all of my planned builds for 2024 done.

Oh yeah I just have not had the time or effort or interest to do anything for the city since the last city update so if the work schedule plans out how it's looking then the first week of May I am doing nothing but lego for sure since right now I might have the whole week off which doesn't happen often and with my weird hours I will take it. So, getting the Spiderman art done is a priority and tweaking the city as well.

The parts were all just off LEGO shop at home and the build was nothing crazy mostly just bricks on top of each other except the entrance is in by 4 studs each side and the door uses a 45 degree panel piece.

Yeah. I know it’s just I like the schedule I have at my job but my mental health is actually suffering from my LEGO hobby which is crazy.

Thanks. I hope to have an update video out in early March on my video releasing schedule since I think that will need to change a bit with my job and other things outside of lego so videos in March might be the normal amount of 4 a month just not weekly.

Yeah. Just cracked open the next big set of 2024 so hopefully it’s done soon.

I loved the build. So far, it's the only build I have done for 2024 so far since the city has been under construction the past few months. I do have the retro food truck gwp to do, so that will be added soon. I hope to the city as well. The Avengers Tower is also prepaid, so I plan to get that over the summer.

Yeah I got some just to try them and have now ended up going back to my old design.

Definitely a busy month ahead with work and my 1 big build ahead for marches set video.

Yeah. I agree with the movie. I am just too big of an Indiana Jones fan to pass on a dvd copy of it, even if it's not my favorite. I need all the current Indiana Jones Lego sets, which I have, and I needed the movie to be satisfied with my collection for that.

@@bricklover2258 I'm a completionist as well so I'll eventually be getting the bluray for it. So far I have the Lego Indy car chase and still really want the tomb

@simplycinemayt I hope to build the car chase some time this year, but I think my only Lego buys at all for this year are already set. The Avengers tower and loop coaster. Both of which will be done over double points later this year. I do have the tower prepaid, so that is just waiting for a trip to the Lego store to get. I want the feeling of walking out of the lego store with a big set. Haven't done that since the perisan restaurant modular in 2019.

@@bricklover2258 nice! I've not done that with a big set over $100 so maybe this year if I get a student loans paid off. I definitely want the Star Wars Mos Eisely Cantina as far as really big sets go and I'll have to planning and check retirement dates.
