It’s in the HISD school district which is horrible but all of the Schools zoned for Bellaire are good , no such thing as the Bellaire school district
Correct. Bellaire is part of Houston Independent School District aka HISD. Bellaire schools are some of the highest rated in Texas!

Having made mortgage lending my profession, I must say that I am very surprised by the prices of the homes you have shown. The southern portion of the country was, for the most part, the area that I was familiar with. I am now retired but I still keep up with what is going on in the business. Even with rates being above 5% and the availability of properties being somewhat limited in our market it appears that Texas is not as affected as the Deep South is. Good luck in 2024
