I just got one and had it for over a week. Using it as a freezer. The ice maker will make ice but the whole reservoir will freeze into a solid block, not release the block and water will just pour through. Their customer service is horrible. They wouldn’t respond to tell me how to buy a battery for this unit and definitely didn’t respond when I contacted them about the ice maker issue. I’m returning this to Amazon.

Customers beware!! I bought some shoes from Cypher and I didn't like them. I wore them one time and I didn't like the fit. I tried to get a refund but they said I couldn't because I wore them. Even though on the site it says if you don't like them get a refund! Well they didn't refund me or send me back my shoes! They say they had to destroy the shoes!

Seriously? They have bailed on their backer on Kickstarter - scamming them out of money - they havent updated in 5 months and its fairly obvious that they arent delivering

Mine arrived broken and does not hold charge very well. Company does not reply to repeated emails. AVOID.

Website is dead. They do not reply to direct messages on kickstarter. They do not reply to comments. No updates since October. According to their profile their last log in on kickstarter was on Nov 5. Delivery was suppose to happen in Nov. We are now at the end of Dec and nothing. They raised over $55,000 and all we backers get is silence.

Well, It's September now, a full four months past the May delivery date of this device.. Has this Kickstarter been fulfilled yet??

I've just purchased the tonic greens product and have been using the product for 2 weeks and still tested positive, my doctor said that the blood test looks for antibodies against the virus which will stay in your blood forever so how will I ever know if I no longer have the virus? Is there a better test that looks for the virus itself or will the antibodies disappear when the virus disappears?
