Yep, the truck driver is insane. Also, nothing wrong with driving below the speed limit; it’s a maximum, not a minimum. Moreover, slowing down encourages and makes it easier for followers to pass you. So many of these comments are remarkably idiotic. This is why we can’t have an autobahn.

I never understood Ameriacns law, sure we do slow down in Eaurope when we see buses like this with any kind of peolpe beacuse peolpe are stuipid and run into roads especlly kids at the start when the bus stopped it was very far to the right i dont see why anyone would need to stop you would have seen peolpe running into road a long time before you hit them so this was unesscery + he was not in your road so technially only the peolpe on right side of you need to stop but i dont know ameriacan rules i'm from EU

If you were driving the speed limit, I don't see anything wrong with this. But, I will say, I would rather an agressive driver be in front of me and let them fly on up the road than to tailgate me the whole time. Sidenote: That road looks fun as hell to drive on. Where is this?

In most states, it is the law to all lanes, both directions to stop for a stopped school bus. Too bad if you sissies don't like it. Passing on double yellow line is illegal, not to mention dangerous, but some truck drivers are assholes.

Don’t think you were keeping a constant speed? Yes, someone not going at least speed limit on a single lane country road is annoying; but what’s most annoying is someone not keeping a constant speed and reducing/dropping speed. …even if ones car has smart cruise control; the constant adjustment is annoying and dangerous.

What do you expect? What happened to common courtesy? Just let them pass! Bus wasn’t even involved! I drove professionally for 20 years and dealt with folks like you often. It ain’t “YOUR” road. 🤦‍♂️

I went to California way back in the 80s, and they were all a bit nuts then, too. That was before they cleaned up the air, so the lunatics just suddenly appeared out of the smog, much like hills and overpasses did.

The guy in the second video had the right of way and avoided a collision - he did everything the law required. The fact that you all are blaming him is because deep down you are as bad as that demented, rage-filled piece of garbage vegetable in the convertible. A video camera in the car brings a new form of accountability that you all hate for some reason and you all resort to victim blaming.

I just noticed that the lights change straight from red to green. Is this the case in the whole US or state by state? that's how it works here in Australia but I prefer the British system of red then red-amber which tells you to get in gear and ready to move at green.

I'm definitely not excusing him for moving over without signaling, but what he did was actually quite tame compared to some of the things I see on a daily basis, especially in parking lots. He also didn't need to use the F word. Not that you asked for it, but here's one of my pet peeves related to driving. The ***holes that will honk the horn at you if you just happen to be putting something back in the glove compartment, changing a preset on your radio, etc, and don't take off the millisecond the light turns green.

Okay you could Cleary see him moving over tho. You didn't even hit breaks or attempt to slow down you just pass him.. that's poor driving on your end too. Yea he didn't signal but I could see from a ways back that he was starting to move over. And you made it way bigger of a deal then it needed to be.. 2 piss poor drivers in my opinion

There was more than enough space for him to safely change from the center lane into the right lane, instead of slowing for the traffic light like EVERY SINGLE OTHER VEHICLE was doing, YOU decided to drive aggressively, sped up instead of slowing down, swerved into the turn lane without signaling and nearly caused an accident when you cut the other driver off. If you're so confident that you were right, take this video to the local police and ask them who was at fault? They'll give you a ticket for reckless driving, they would also give the other driver a ticket for pulling into the turn lane to confront you and then drive straight instead of turning, but he was 100000000% right about what he said about you. No matter how you try to explain and defend your actions, you were the one who caused this incident.

Just bad driver attitudes. (1:38) You can clearly see the other driver merging right while you continue to accelerate. Whether the other car signaled his intention or not is irrelevant. You continue to (1:39) bully your way onward and make things worst with the stupid, useless, irritating 'horn' and to pass from the right side straddling the bike lane and back to the original lane of travel very closely cutting the other off. What does this kind of attitude give you ? Your stopped at an intersection with no results but to frustrate others with your belligerent foul mouth manners. Now what was the main caption ? Oh yes, "CRAZY Old Man with ROAD RAGE | Cussing at Me about HIS Mistake!" Well now you know.

Root cause: The older guy should have signaled, no question. You: could see you were approaching a signalized intersection and you did not need to make a supposed evasive action, as he was slowly sliding from the # 2 to # 3 lane. You could have stopped. Come on. Going around the old fart as you did was bad juju too. Now 2 wrongs = a right! Nothing here folks - wasted video. I couldn't even watch / waste to view all 6 minutes.

This video was useless. FIrst off, no need to post all 10 minutes of a video when it happens at the end. Second the truck was pulling out while you were around the blind corner already, just slow down a bit it's not a big deal. You're kind of a moron actually for posting this

What nearly caused the "3 car accident" wasn't so much the truck "braking so hard", but the following car being so close. Any unforeseen event could cause the truck to brake suddenly. Or even a child ran out, do they expect the truck to gently and slowly come to a stop? Or would they prefer the truck to just keep on going? That's why you keep a good distance between you and the vehicles in front.. because you don't know what they're going to do. Oh no, much easier to always blame the other guy, and take no responsibility yourself is the modern way it seems. 90% of these "incidents" could be avoided (even the ones where others are "at fault") if people just chilled out and were less aggressive on the road.. a little less right foot pressure, and a little more awareness would go a long way.

There was no accident “caught on camera.” Catching it on camera means you caught the accident actually happening, on your dashcam, as you were driving. You simply drove by an accident that had already occurred
