Join Andrea for a 60-minute mid-paced yoga flow that offers a perfect balance of strength, flexibility, and mindful movement. This session is designed to wake up every part of your body, incorporating standing, seated, and prone postures to leave you feeling energized and centered. Perfect for yogis who enjoy a little challenge, this flow includes plenty of standing balances and grounding poses to deepen your practice and engage your core.
*What to Expect:*
This full-body workout features a thoughtfully curated sequence to build strength and stability while enhancing flexibility. Andrea will guide you through a series of poses, including:
- *Warm-Up & Core Activation:* Prone Full Body Stretch, Leg Extensions, Full Body Twist, Boat Pose
- *Seated Stretches:* Neck and Shoulder Stretches, Shoulder Rolls, Reverse Tabletop
- *Foundational Flow:* Cat/Cow, Bow Pose, Puppy Dog Pose, Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar A)
- *Standing & Balance Poses:* Lunges, Plank, Chataranga, Three-Legged Dog, Supported Side Plank, Warrior I & II, Tree Pose, Dancer’s Pose, Half Moon, Trikonasana (Triangle Pose), Pyramid Pose, Coconut Tree Pose, and the beautiful Dancing Lord Shiva
