On the way home after a long day of fishing. Wish the GoPro picked up a little better. It was just before dark although it looks very dark.

I have owned five Bertram's. Nothing rides like a Bertram
Just keeping a eye on you
Nice fish!
Don't ever Fk with Detroit Diesels
when they got back to the dock, it took them an hour to pick up their crap that fell all over in their cabin.
So what ya'll catch
Any idea on fuel burn/engines? Solid looking boat
I own a 28ft Uniflight Saltydog, its nice knowing you are on a boat that can handle the rough stuff. My neighbor has a 31 bertram, they are nice boats.
yep a Bertram day - if your not in a Bertram - I know coz I have a Caribbean-Bertram 47- love to watch the Rivieras and Maritimos wallowing in 2m seas ha ha
Heavy weather? Try the Cape Town coast -what is shown in the video is a good day.
HELL yeah!! thats a slab right there
how big of boat?
That looks like a four foot swell with no wind (or maybe a mild Westerly wind - from the West is the Best) - that's why it seems so smooth. It's the wind that makes the seas rough, not the swell size. Looks like fun.
Looks like 10-14
Hey hes not on autopilot hes driving w/ hes feet,,, thats better.?
oh yea just what i want to see some dumbass with a beer in his boat on auto and him not paying attetion where he is going, yea thats real safe

Proud Navy Dad here! Son is an AWO. VP-45. Currently in Djibouti. GO NAVY!
Thank you sir. Ideally, we get the fish to the boat quickly, remove the hook without taking the fish out of the water and send him on his way healthy. This one was easy, he was caught on heavy tackle because we were marlin fishing. He swam away beautiful and healthy.
Jealous and envious is a sad way to live a life. Lighten up and enjoy life a little.
It was a joke. It was mildly rough and the title was a bit of sarcasm.
As I remember when I was in all the diesel powered subs were decommissioned .
@MGiants82 It wouldn't be a fishing trip...

thats lame in my country in the caribbean much worse
I THINK IT IS D BAIT. 61 SPENCER
looks like a viking
what boat were you on
Jealousy is a bitter pill. Enjoy life, don't live it being envious of others.
and even roughfer would be a blackfin day
Hell yes
That airplane makes a lot of smoke.

First you should learn how to spell.
The Question is did the P-3 troops take the required photos? if I had a dollar for every ship I rigged I could buy me a nice car. Nice to see what it looks like from the boats view. Marcus Hill (AW) 4,000 hrs.
Hey Hey! Nice video. My son is in training in Jax as the radar man on those planes, It's good to see them!
Nice boat! :)
you have to Love the old Bertrams!!
We do that for training. Pilot's have to have recurring training on "rigging surface vessels", and sometimes we just use what we can find. 3800+ hrs logged
thats nothing maybe 4-5ft try being in 10-12ft seas
Sweet ride. is that a 31 Cape Horn?
