Nice. What about irrigation for maize? Thank you!
A standard borehole should be able to handle that if you are lucky to hit the aquifer.
Hi thank you for your video.
You are so welcome!
@@demlomthank u
Are you Ghanaian
No I am not
Great knowledge here kudos
Very informative. Glad I found your channel. We just dug our first borehole yesterday
I'm glad you found it informative
It's now time to treat the water 😆😆
@@demlom Haha indeed. We are still planning on how to do the water test first then we'll sort out the treatment after that
Please can you help me get a land there
No oo... I'm even battling with ownership issues as we speak.
$10000? Not for the average Ghanaian farmer.
True... It's even more than that, it's not about 15k
please can i get your telephone number please
please when i start my osmosis plant for about thirty minutes one of the bonbola shrinks please help me thank you
Meaning you ran the RO without adequate water in the raw water tank or the feed pump is not sending enough water into the bombolas whereas the pressure pump is pulling more than the feed pump is feeding the bombolas. Check to always make sure you have enough water in your raw water tank. Also check your feed pump and make sure it matches with the pressure pump.
Please do you know the geological formation for ashaiman - zenu
Ashaiman overburden is around 30 meters and you should get water around 65 to 70 meter. Your water would be salty as well.
Is it because those areas are closer to the sea
Which areas are you talking about?

I have 27 plots selling at a very affordable price
Hi, i have a request. Can i please request for your service? I need someone to make a recording from the major road to where my land is. I have someone who will take u there. U have a drone and i like the way u recorded this one. U dont have to use a drone for mine. Pls drop your whatsapp if you can help me with this request. I will make it worth your while. Thank you
Sure I'm all good for that... Who knows, I might get another content from that.
Hi @Demlom. I know you mean well for you audience but I'll like to let you know Richard is a scam artist and you should not recommend him to anyone. He was introduced to me in 2023 by the ministry of Agriculture when I was looking to establish a hydroponic greenhouse in Ghana. I paid him for a sample of the project and he disappeared, he never delivered anything and he changed his number after payment. He is a scammer.
I need a contact for this guy please
Just a quick question. Have u done a land search at the lands commission? I did mine and the results of mine says it's a government land. Just want to find out if anyone has the same result. Thank you
Where is the full video☹️
It's on my page please
Insightful ❤. Keep the consistency and quality of information, with time your channel will grow ☺️. Love your content, i am a subscriber... Do enjoy your week ❤

Is now selling for 30000gh as at May 2024

Please the location for the price stated and the company
Please can you help me get a land there
Brother i can see your eagerness to acquire land i really hope that eagerness will not count as a loss as the due diligence should have been done before parting with the cash not afterwards. Hope it turns out well for u
I'm already in it my brother. I trusted them, cos they were real estate company.
@@demlomplease which Estate Agency because I bought two from CBC properties I don't know if is the same Agency??
@Jastix_Scratch I bought mine from Landhub. I don't know if they are genuine or not yet, but so far, it's been one thing or the other. They became suddenly busy and difficult to get through to after purchase, it may be due to busy schedules but they were readily available before I paid and after payment, even for them to show me my allocated land was hell. The indenture they did wasn't signed by anyone, they changed the first location they allocated to another place citing issues with the land owners and after paying extra to corner pillars it took them over 2 years to fix them, after so much followup. I'm still chasing them for signing and things so I can register it at the lands commission. Their words have been inconsistent so far, but since its just a land, I'm yet to build on it, I won't be losing so much incase its a litigation land. So fingers crossed.
Very informative…which is better …the multimedia or the reverse osmosis
They both have what they are good for. Every reverse osmosis, however, comes with multimedia filtration systems.
I bought one at Doryumu, around Shai Hills and I was lucky to get it from the direct land owners. I'm safe.
Oh, you are safe, I wish I could get one to buy from the direct owner.
Doryumu, is a cool area; close to Kpong, Akosombo, K’dua n senkyi
Question how safe is pure water? Can non-Ghanians drink safely? Thanks ❤
Most water brands are generally safe to drink. However, that's where it ends. Most are lacking the essential minerals needed in water, such as magnesium and calcium, due to the use of reverse osmosis. Though they are safe, meaning no harmful chemicals or microbes, majority doesn't really hydrate you due to low mineral content. I have a video on that coming soon, where I tested about 10 popular water brands to determine which one offers the most essential minerals after treatment.
Thank you learning a lot from you thanks ❤
Thank you ❤

Great lecture….My bore hole water came back satisfactory for drinking but I don’t like the taste and have noticed a slight browning/rusting of my metallic plumbing materials pH 6.52. TDS 386 and Iron less than 0.010 …what can be done to improve the taste
Your water pH is just on the border line. I will suggest you get a calcite filter or a soda Ash dosing system to improve the pH slightly to around 6.8 to 7. With the brownish stains, I suspect iron, but since you said the result came out with 0.010, then you should take a look at your manganese level. TDS 386 is okay, not too pure, and not over mineralised.
@@demlomthank you the Manganese is 0.278 Where can I get the calcite
@@thomasankomah4328 kindly check www.universalaquaghana.com to get a calcite filter.
@@demlomthank you see the attached water test and advise which installation will address my issues of bad taste and the minor browning of my lines… What system installation will sort all my issues pH 6.52 and minor rusting of metallic lines out considering cost as well?

Thanks for the sub!
Very informative well done 👏
Thanks alot for the video. very insightful. I have a related questions; how do I resolve issues of limescale? (I see some white dry film residue almost like fine sand on utensils after they get dry) I have a number of pre and post micro filters installed as well.
First, you need to find out what's causing the limescale. This could be calcium or magnesium, and the high level of these two could mean that your water is hard. If its any of them, you can use a descaler, antiscaling system, or a water softening system. Scales could also be a sign of hard water, so a simple water softener would solve your problem. Also if the TDS is already high (something above 500 is high) and you add water softener, the TDS would shoot higher but the water would stop producing scales but it would mean that you would need to deal with taste. So I would suggest you test the water first. After testing, then you can determine if you have in excess scale causing minerals or your water is salty, and you will know how to deal with it.
Nice one bro , you should leave your number, so we could keep in touch concerning the enlightenment, thank you

He's in Accra. His place is along the motorway. His number is on the description.
I’m looking to move to Accra In September - and I’m interested in investing in a aeroponic\hydroponic farm. We already have land in Barbados to launch a similar system, and I’d like to find serious business partners. Would it be possible to get connected with you?

I have tower yo built up this green house
I need a plot there but it's so expensive 😢😢😢😢
It used to be 9,000. You should still be able to get some for 10k. Unfortunately I don't have any lead and the company I bought mine from are still giving me tough time with my documents, I would have given you their number.
Demlom, am about to purchase a plot from a company, I hope it's not the same company that's giving you problems with your documents! Am paying 25000ghs. I hope its not the company
@jamrock2979 I'm still struggling to get my documents signed. I did land search, and the name of the owner on the indenture is different from the name provided on the land search documents from lands commission. The name of the developer is also different. They claimed its nothing and gave some bogus explanation, but I'm not convinced. I've paused any form of development on the land for now until I'm sure of what I'm getting myself into. I should have done the search before paying for the land, but losing 10k is better than losing 500k. So I will advise you ask for the land documents and do your search. Ask for the name of the land owners and the developers and see if it tallies with the registered name at the lands commission. If it doesn't, you should ask questions, and if you're not convinced enough, then you shouldn't buy it.
