@@FrancescoBalzano I didn't change anything in the game settings. Car settings - default. In Fanalab, I used the settings for ACC and adjusted the FFB to my liking. That's all!

@@tayfun366 Hi 😊 Since I recently upgraded from PS5 to PS5 Pro, I can say I didn’t notice a big difference. The draw distance has improved. Racing is smoother in PSVR2, and the detail is better. Ray-traced reflections appear when playing on a TV in quality mode, but it’s probably 30 FPS :) So, nothing groundbreaking. They even removed the 8K label from the box (it was on the PS5 box) 😂

@ Thanks for the answer! I've ordered the PSVR2 as the price was reduced due to the Black Friday deals. I hope that my normal PS5 will provide enough fps and smoothness. I do not care much about image quality. I am a simracer on PC and use a Quest 2, so as the PSVR2 is PC compatible I would use it on my PC.

@ I also got a PSVR2 during Black Friday at a great price, along with an adapter for PC 😄. I usually play in performance mode, so graphics aren’t my top priority. While VR isn’t ideal for long sessions, the immersion is amazing 🤩. PS: I’m really looking forward to the NVIDIA 5090 to set up a triple-screen setup and enjoy gaming at 144 Hz! 🚀🎮

@ I use a RTX 4090 and have no problem with long sessions un VR. I think the main advantage of my PC VR is that the frame rate is very high (in Assetto Corsa) 90 fps and much higher, so it is not a stress for me. That's why I asked if the PS5 Pro has more than 60 fps. Because at that low fps, VR games can be very stressful the my brain. :D

@ Yes, high frame rate is indeed crucial for a comfortable VR experience! 60 fps for VR can cause discomfort and even motion sickness, so your experience with the RTX 4090 and 90+ fps sounds much better. Generally for VR a minimum of 90 fps is recommended for comfortable immersion. Your observation about 60 fps being stressful for the brain is very accurate. At low frame rates, there's a noticeable delay between head movement and image updates, which can cause motion sickness symptoms. That's why your current setup with a powerful graphics card and high frame rates in Assetto Corsa is really the optimal solution for comfortable VR gaming.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Unfortunately, Gran Turismo 7 isn't available on PC. It remains a PlayStation exclusive, which is a shame since PC players could experience it with higher frame rates and enhanced VR performance with hardware like your RTX 4090.

I absolutely love running the I-80 through Utah in American Truck Simulator - the red rock canyons and desert landscapes around Moab are just breathtaking, especially during sunset. Plus the long stretches of open road really let you settle into that meditative trucking groove. As for setup, I'm running a Logitech G29 wheel with the matching shifter - really adds to the immersion compared to when I started with keyboard. Took some getting used to, but now I can't imagine playing any other way. The force feedback when hitting rough roads or taking tight turns makes such a difference in feeling connected to the truck.

@@Mcfigg The first thing you need to do is install the Fanalab software 🎮 (a free utility for sim racers with preconfigured settings for Fanatec bases). My settings for EA Sports WRC 24 are: SEN: AUTO ⚙ FFB: 35% 💪 FUL: 50% 🔄 NDP: 20% 🛠 The rest of the settings are default. 🚗💨

As a professional driver with 20 years of experience, I can confidently say that Direct Drive provides highly authentic tactile feedback. 👍 I’ve also tried playing with the Logitech G29, but it doesn’t even come close to the Fanatec ClubSport v2.5 base. 😅

VR racing is definitely a game-changer! The sense of depth and spatial awareness you get from VR makes everything feel so much more natural - you can actually judge distances and corners like you would in a real car. Being able to look around naturally in the cockpit and check your mirrors just by turning your head adds another level of immersion that's impossible to get on a regular screen. I'd love to see more GT7 PSVR2 content, especially focusing on different tracks and weather conditions since those elements become so much more impactful in VR.

For AC, ACC, Automobilista 2, and F1 24, I use the FanaLab software. It provides great recommended settings. The only thing you might want to adjust is the FFB if it feels too heavy. rFactor 2 is also supported. 🎮 2. Great question! For pure snow performance in WRC 24, I'm ALL IN for the Ford Puma Rally1 HYBRID! The Puma just feels incredibly balanced and responsive on snowy stages. Its hybrid powertrain gives that perfect mix of grip and controlled slide. Toyota GR Yaris is awesome too, but for me, the Ford has that extra magic in snow conditions! My vote: 🥇 Ford Puma Rally1 HYBRID all the way!

The new Forza Motorsport is just on another level, bro 💯. The graphics are absolutely stunning 🤩. And with the latest update, the AI got much smarter, and there are way fewer crashes 🚗💨. Great question! Mercedes will definitely have strong competition at Interlagos this season. Red Bull is still the favorite with their incredible form, but McLaren has also stepped up and shown some solid results in recent races. Ferrari can always surprise on a classic track like this too. My prediction is that the main battle will be between Red Bull and McLaren, but I’m looking forward to an exciting race from all three teams! 🏎️🔥

Hey! 😊 I'm using a 16:9 aspect ratio on a 4K TV (3840x2160p). As for the FOV, I have it maxed out to around 83 so that the steering wheel on screen matches my actual wheel size. Hope that helps! 👍
