Yes you’ll get lots of vegetarian option on board from cafe and restaurant. We had vegetarian breakfast and lunch on board and it was great. You’ll get vegetarian burgers and other options from restaurant there .

Hi yes we can confirm this that all chicken, beef and lamb on board is halal and we confirmed this from their main buffet restaurant Horizon which is on deck 16. We also confirmed this from Quays, Keel and Cow , Sindhu and Olive grove. We confirmed this from these restaurants. You’ll have great time and food on Iona I’m sure. Have a lovely holidays.

No dear, food is not included not even with private cabin tickets . You’ll get plenty of good food options as they have cafes and a restaurant on board.

We took this ferry with our 1 year old toddler in last week of September. Journey was comfortable but my husband took seasickness medicine as he experienced seasickness so we advised you to keep seasickness medicine. He was fine after medicine and enjoyed the trip. We even took 3 hours nap in our cabin on our way back to Athens. You’ll love this trip 🥰

Hi thank you for watching, we booked A4 cabin with 4 single beds with window. Private cabin A4 with window cost us €108 per head and it was in October 2022. So prices might be change now. You also can request for upgrade on business ticket on board if they have cabins available. If you want to ask anything else let me know thanks 😊

Hi dear!! So the area where we’re eating and wandering around all is economy area. Business area is limited with inclined chairs. Rest of the area is economy. With economy ticket you can sit anywhere inside or outside of the ferry on 6th and 7th floor. 8th floor is for private cabins. Sorry if things are not clear in video

All those big lounge areas (shown in the video)outdoors and indoors with the shopping area, the cafeteria, the self service restaurant are the economy class. (As a Greek I may say it's the one most of people prefer) You have to pay more for the "business" sits which are reserved for you and look like airplane sitting area. I don't think it's worth it. There's no need to be stuck over there when there are so many areas you may explore on board. Also, I would recommend the private cabin only for night time long trips because you would like to sleep.

With the economy ticket can people use deck and stay there ? what is your recommendation if we are 2 people travelling from Athens in early morning to Santorini?

@@snigdha2568 My recommendation is definitely deck tickets (the economy ones are also called "for the deck")You may go practically everywhere it matters on the ship. Even in a night trip you may get economy deck tickets and if you feel tired or something you may upgrade to a cabin in the reception office on board by paying some extra money.

@@snigdha2568 hi dear yes you can use deck and stay in any area you want with economy ticket except business lounge and private cabin area. I would recommend economy seat for you. If you want to sleep mostly throughout your journey take business lounge or cabin. We booked economy when we were going from Athens to Santorini and got private cabin when we were coming back.

Hi thank you for watching, our trip was 9 hours long and we payed €309 for 2 adults and 1 child for return tickets as we got private cabins on our way back to Athens. Prices range from €54-108 depending on timings and types of vessels you take. Fast ferries cost more .
