Hi, I'm Sarah, an American living in England.
This weekend, I focused on resetting after a busy week at work with some
cozy and productive activities. I baked homemade jalapeño and cheddar scones,
tidied up a cluttered closet in my living room, and studied Japanese to
prepare for my next lesson. For dinner, I made a comforting Italian-American style spinach
tortellini soup, perfect for a chilly evening. With another busy week coming up
at my corporate job, I like to spend my weekends doing things that I really enjoy.
