We cannot get 24 volt using 3.7 volt cells. Correct volts should have been shown with a multimeter at end. Apart from that, the hand work is impressive, no doubt.

I’m not gonna lie Phillips has a great motor technology and functionality, but they don’t really lock the crews and overtime they become loose, that’s all I guess this is done on purpose so you’ll purchase another one 😅

Hi, my bet is that there has been a manufacture fault either in the cell corner or cooling plate such us a burr or both and when pressed together it has created or made existing fault bigger leading to failure, either shortly after manufacture and use or by time as cell is swelling.

Gen 2 is 390w max engine power Vs 600w lite 4 gen 1. What does it mean for practical use? Also did they change the brake for gen 2 ? In one review I read that now the brake locks the front wheel all the time.
