These people need to be shut down. They tried to put me in a construction zone up stairs so I dint even open the door. Stay away from this hotel at all cost.trust me go to quality inn down the street.

Old arcade is lovely building bit the Hyatt hasn't refreshed hotel rooms for over a decade. Overdue.

i have gone there 2 times now and i love it the pool is always clean and the rooms are always so clean and nice as well

Never will I stay there again as long as the manager is employed there she is very unprofessional she talks about her guests an her employees she lied on her boss just to get us removed its very disgusting also plus she let's her boyfriend stay there for free just beware if u wanna stay there some people like drama not me

Warning Beware!!! Do not stay at this hotel. Roach infested, run down dirty. Smells terrible. Would rather sleep in a tent than this hotel of hell.

Indian owned and operated.. Absolutely the sh*tiest overpriced motel you could stay in Corpus Christi. Place is a fire trap. Part of it burned down a few years ago and they still haven't repaired it or rebuilt it. No wifi. Cable is a joke. Dirty sheets.... mattresses have cigarette burns. Bed bugs. No one in the office to help you after dark. There is no maintenance to speak of..... no security... The housekeeper is a crackhead. Owned and operated by dishonest losers.. FK you, Harry.

This looks like paradise compared to the red roofs I have stayed at in the northeast. I had to stop staying at red roofs because they turned to crap

We had a nice stay here. All seemed good. We had 3 rooms. But upon getting my credit card statement they charged me for smoking in our room. We are non smokers. They claim they have proof. They say they have pictures. We finally got our money back when we stopped and inquired about our refund. Just beware, they also charge $5.99 for something but no explanation as to what it is for. Beware!!!
