Luxury Villa in Denia with Seaviews
Classic Villa with two dwellings on two floors and 4 bedrooms (optional a fifth one). Very nice views of the sea to Ibiza and the mountains of Montgó. Mediterranean garden with palm trees, fruit trees and swimming pool with screened terrace and barbecue.
The property is completely fenced. Both dwellings have a separate electric sliding door with its private parking. The equipment and construction quality is very good. The Villa has double glazed aluminum windows, air conditioning in all sleeping rooms, central heating, wood burning fireplace and additional insulation for a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year and for low heating costs.
The living area is divided into a main top dwelling and a second also fully equipped appartment. Both ones have separate entrances, separate parking spaces, as well as separate kitchens and bathrooms. The division allows a varied use of the Villa. You can live in the main dwelling and at the same time rent the second dwelling or use it as an office or invite your guests.
The Villa is located in a very quiet and sunny area and near the spectacular beach Marineta Casiana. The beach, the port and the city center of Denia are just a few minutes away by car and on foot.

Enjoy with me the first ride to get datas for the trim map. Bike fits with a full exhaust Akrapovic exhaust, K&N with open air box intake, Power Commander V with autotune. Sounds good and enginelooks like pulling much better than original, even if specific mapping for this configuration is not done. Enjoy my home course from Pego to Val de Ebo in Spain ;-)

Enjoy the full acceleration up to 160km/h from my Honda CBX 1000 CB1 build 1979 vs. Harley Fat Bop. The guy with the Harley is a good friend of mine. So I have to apologize to him, the scrap irion Milwaukee weapons are in no way equivalent to this masterpice japanese inline six ;-)

This never gets old! I was an original owner of a Candy Glory Red 1979 CBX, I added a Euro kit and had the comstar wheels gold anodize painted. The look and sound of that CBX will stay with me forever. I have watched this video and the crazy one of a straight piped CBX screaming around the Isle of Man many times, always makes me smile.
