You make such awesome products and I've actually had two friends purchase your hardware on my direct advice but for myself? Well... You guys have gotten the closest out of any other company to a single device that almost meets my needs, but if Im going to drop that much on a single device I need it to have no compromises. So here I am, impatiently waiting for your next line of products or for you to leave an HDC203-P24 and a DKS203-M24 in a dark cupboard to breed and hopefully produce some babies with all the 8k@60 DP video features from dad and the USB C laptop input for PC1/2 and 6+ USB ports of mum. 65W laptop USB C charging and Aurasyc compatibility for the RGB strip would be wonderful as well.

Hi, quick question - doesnt this model do a two screens separately for two laptops. I have a pc and a mac. Sometimes, i would like to have pc in both screens or mac in both screens. Sometimes pc in one screen and mac in one screen simultaneously with same mouse and keyboard transitioning to both.. Like you have for some older models. Please let me know, i am considering ordering it from US to India.

How do u connect external speakers to the kvm?

Hi, I think this product can reduce a lot of adapters from my desk, but on the laptop side is a Lenovo which needs 65Watt instead of 60Watt. The person in the video talk about 65Watt but the TESmart product page show some pictures with 60Watt. It's not clear what are the specs for this device! And the alleged 60 watts would also be reduced when a smartphone is charged. And in general the switch should deliver about 90 or more Watt do be prepared for every Laptop!

You know what would be real cool... PC1 or PC2 have an additional USB-C connection. Where you can have either the display ports, hdmi, and USB-B... ORRRR... the USB-C port. So it could actually behave like a docking station for a Laptop ORRRR PC; still 2 computers. Also, it would be reallllly cool to have the outputs for BOTH HDMI and DisplayPort. Still maintaining the HDMI 2.1, DP 2.0, HDCP 2.3 <--, USB 3.1 Gen2, G-Sync, FreeSync, AdaptiveSync... PC1, (PC2/Laptop)

Is this product HDCP compliant? If so, what version?

New release cool! Besides the support for either DP or HDMI did any other changes make it to this new model you may have learned from previous releases for solid stability and longevity? I'm really interested in your product but I'm a professional and need something I can rely on. I've not had much success finding independent 3rd party reviews on the newer models.

Why not a 3 monitor for hdmi 2.1? Has more bandwidth not as much compression needed. Seems like the dp 1.4 should have been the 2 monitor kvm.

Is this KVM DisplayLink driver compatible, and why do we need 2 input cables for each machine? What happens if we use just 1 input slot? Like you are utilizing the 2 display ports from mac, why can't we use 1?

Hello! I have questions that get pretty technical and in depth. I've tried using the live chat on your website, but I really need to have a conversation with someone that can answer the most detailed questions. How can we set that up? After that, I'm ready to buy.

You don't even show the display instructions! Most complicated, non concise , ambiguous instructions I ever experienced in my 20 years as a Database Administrator! I spent 400+ on a TESmart POS KVM. Every video showboats it's features, but don't tell you what goes where. DO NOT BUY a TESmart because the instructions came from WalMart!

I have a question regarding the USB slots, I need 4 (2 for my keyboard, 1 mouse, 1 headset). Would a usb hub solve this problem? Because apart from that this device is exactly what I need!
