Hello. I have a relative motion orthosis on my ring finger because of a tendon repair. But my orthosis keeps my finger way higher than what's shown here. Could this be problematic?

I've tried various treatments for Scleroderma, but Planet Ayurveda's approach has been the most effective. Their herbal remedies have significantly reduced my discomfort and improved my skin condition. I’m pleased with the results and recommend their treatment to others looking for natural alternatives.

I got my cast cut off last week, I had a humerus shaft fracture and my arm is swollen, stiff and I have weeks of therapy. Congratulations on recovery, I will be happy when I can use my arm again, how long did it take to get this far after surgery and cast removal? I had 3 casts, no surgery, but my arm is weak. I broke my right arm skating on the street.🙏🏽

I (31yo) fractured my left distal humerus - contrary to this lady - my arm easily and fully stretches by now, my main issue is with flexion. My surgery was four months ago (!), I began moving as early as one week post-op, but even after all this time and Physiotherapy its still locked in a position at about 70 degrees. Seeing her fully bend her arm like that blew my mind and made me worried my own Physio is not as effective as it should. I know each body is different and will heal differently, but if anyone has some insight, recommendations, exercises O can do, anything! I would immensely appreciate your help.

Guys trust me there is no path without pain. No pain No gain. I have been through this phase. The first time you will fully open your arm it will feel like it is gonna break the pain you will feel is unbearable but trust me it is for the best. After that you just have to do the same every day 3 times trust me you will get better and your arm will not be stuck if you delay this anymore it is only gonna get worse. If anyone have any issue he/she can ask me😊l

@@ms13zain73 i am not sure about full strength but you can work with it like you normally do. Just make sure to do physiotherapy at home daily and do not skip anything. Physiotherapy will play a major part in arm recovery and trust me you will get better as time pass on. Just focus on your daily tasks and you will eventually forget that your arm was broken

I see the girls arm doesn't rest completely stretched. Did she get any better after this? what about flexing? I broke my distal humerus on May 17 and had surgery on May 24. Now im doing all kind of exercices to regain my full motion, but my arm is still a little swollen. I had 2 metal plates with screws installed. I'm also scared that I'll never regain full motion, although I'm thankfull that i'm very near to do most things, but not perfectly. I still really need to regain more strenght
