Koala On-Site | Echo Park Two-Car Garage Converted to ADU Completion
We’ve completed another garage-to-ADU conversion near Echo Park! With over 500 square feet of interior space, we transformed the two-car garage into a studio-style one-bedroom unit, perfect for one or two people. The homeowner opted for a personalized design approach, featuring distressed-look tiles, olive-green bedroom walls, and industrial-style wall sconces. The combination of bold colors and materials gives the compact space a lively and refreshing vibe. Due to space constraints, we replaced the traditional walk-in closet with a practical wardrobe in the bedroom, maximizing space efficiency while meeting storage needs for future residents.

这次我们的项目对Toll brothers位于Porter Ranch的新房进行了部分升级，参考了样板间的整体护墙板做了整墙的护墙板，经过多次打磨并用U形铝合金进行分割，这样在材质上得到了对比，墙面颜色选用了coco melt一个比较温暖的颜色，让挑高顶显的更加温馨。21尺的墙壁炉从平淡的石膏板墙面升级为天然的石材装饰墙，整体自然不失大气。
