In this video I go thru how I added a foot pedal onto my YesWelder 205DS. I used the video from th-cam.com/video/GBvKKVQnNX4/w-d-xo.html This guy gave the jist of what needed to be done, and after watching it, and taking everything apart I knew what to do. Thanks to that guy for showing it was possible. My video is a bit more detail to help other ppl out.

Make sure you are getting power to your gpu. Turn the power on to your gpu first then turn on computer

Cool video. The conversion I did needed an extension as well and I was able to find some champion 131mm studs M8xM6 that worked great. Wish I knew how to weld lol.

That is a pool cooler. It has a fan on top and runs water over a bunch of surfaces. The water evaporates and cools the pool. I have not used it becaues I like warm water more than cold water.
@@ericensley2427 Thanks, I recognized it as a commercial cooling tower, but never saw one on a house. People around here never think there pool is too hot, in these parts use pool heaters, even in the summer because out nights get cool.

You have a carb and gas tank. Why not start it on gasoline and switch over?
I don't want gas in the carb. I figured an easier way to start it. I have a longer hose and I purge in Nat gas, and then crimp the line and pull over 2-3 times and it fires right up

I am getting Rid of our JennAir! Bad design the glass on the oven if anything gets in between the glass and it will! you can't clean it! and it clicks a lot! and the knobs strip out easy! and it's not easy to clean! Not user friendly!
When these batterys get to low they become unsafe to use so jumpstarting is necessary but it will take a while
how was the run time on your cmax powerd gokart? i know they say 26ah from factory. what has been your experience
I never did a range test but the battery always lasted longer than my play sessions. I used the cart to run around my neighborhood. Longest I ever ran it for may have been an hr. Never had voltage issues or power issues. I would charge to 4v per cell and maybe get down to 3.5????? All from memory from 2+yrs ago.

The battery has a controller, the BMS (Battery Management System). This BMS has a low voltage fault to “protect” the cells. The person in this video bypassed the BMS and raised the voltage in the cells (hooking up a controlled current directly to the cells at main positive contact and b- “ground”). They then reset the BMS (shorting the 3.3v reset) to clear the fault. Because the cells are now charged above the low voltage fault the BMS realizes the cells are good and allows charging.
Thanks a ton for sharing this! Spent 700 bucks on the mower set only one season later both batteries wouldn’t charge! This fixed my issue! I used a 12v small battery car charger and just clipped onto the plastic // metal of the negative side I had larger alligator clips

Still working just fine. Only thing is I can only adjust the amps by half... so If I have the max amps at 80 then I when i start welding I am at 40 amps min. I can not go any lower than that. But It is nice being able to ramp the amps up and down between full and half.
How safe it is because i want to try it and how long you have been working on
Been working just fine since vid was posted. Still hooked up this way and I game a couple times a week and the graphics card gets HOTT. nothing abnormal, just uses alot of power.

Yes, just used it today. It still welds, I still suck at welding
I had first and 3rd light on. After shorting ground and reset, no lights. Getting 3.3v on each cell. 15v at main positive and negative terminal of the charging tabs but wont take a charge, still shows defective plus no test lights
Like to say how much I enjoyed watching your build. I working on a special project, I hoping you could help me. I using duel axial motors. Like to use the Volt inverter and Lebowski drive also. Did you build the inverter yourself. Any help would deeply be appreciated thanks

0.060 wall is more likely to crinkle than thicker pipe. The site has a minimum wall thickness spec and I think 0.095 is close for this di meter. Also, pipe and tube require different dies. Also, just oil the black oxide instead of complaining.

a company called Grizzly makes these dyes for a lot cheaper than other companies that fit this bender. Just put my 1 1/2 x 4.5x 180 degree die from grizzly on mine and all pins fit as they should. $299.00. other companies sell that size for almost $500.00
So the external PSU should boot first before everything else?

I'm wondering if you have a solution for a cell upgrade from the oem DeWALT cells without having to mod the housing. I understand they're 18650's and so any (quality) high discharge 18650 battery will perform relatively similarly, but was hoping maybe there is some better version I just don't know about? Thanks.
You would need to use power cells like 2ah cells. But need 30 amp cells

If you lube the follower shoe and the pipe or tube it will slide easier and may help not kink it!
worked 100% jumping the reset on the board - went from DOA with all four lights flashing to Please recharge me [1 flashing green light] which I did -- Thank YOU

Where I bought you charger?
I have two of them. They went bad I push the button and out of the four lights only the first one and the last one turns. I took it apart out of the 20 cells only three had a voltage of 3.5v the rest had .47v or less.
U can try charging the low cells up, but I would guess some cells are shorted/bad and the pack is bad.

Even the dog was pissed at 6:33. I am having the same issue with an older version of this one.
Regardless, the stove doesn’t work with the downdraft on anyway. It sucks all the BTUs & flame away from the pan & into the the pipe. It’s ratchet garbage!
