This is the best Resident Evil Save Room Theme, and I will explain why. This is so good because in all other Resident Evil games the Save Theme is serene, other-worldly & safe. This particular theme however is all of those things, except for safe. There is an uneasy undertone to this Save Theme, reminding you that you are not trapped in just one building like most of the games from the franchise but you are in fact trapped and alone in Raccoon City during the peak of the outbreak, outside in the cold and rain, exposed and that you have Nemesis stalking you on top of all the other horrors that have plagued the besieged City. This Save Theme makes sure that you feel relatively okay but ultimately not to get too comfortable because when you leave, there is no telling what is waiting for you on the other side of that door.

Man, I remember being 10 years old (this was back in 2010) and I never had friends. My uncle then introduced me to a kid the same age as me. We started becoming friends, and the first weekend I stayed at his place (and the first time I ever slept over at a friends house) he asked if I's ever played this game. I said that I was too young and that my parents would not be happy if they knew I played it behind their backs. He said "Well, then don't tell them and they won't know." He slapped the game into his PS2 and we played the game. After that, we'd play through that game easily 3-5 times a weekend and became the best of friends over this game in particular. I've also made 2 more real friends over this game, one of them I just recently got in touch with again firnthe first time since highschool, and the other who has kept in touch with me ever since the 7th grade. My first two friends who I've known for the longer times have really stood up for me and been there for me even when I thought I needed to be left alone. The amount of love and respect I have for this game is pretty much endless. A truely unbeatable game. I still play this game and fall asleep to the save soundtrack even today as a 23 year old (soon to be 24 years old).

I got hit with nostalgia right away when I heard this savetheme.

Every time I play this song, the beginning makes me want to cry tears of joy. Yet I feel so sad at the same time. I couldn’t imagine a world without music. My favorite thing about this lifetime ❤
