In a random encounter both of them won't know each other abilities nor power Speedbliz won't work for two reasons .she has instant regeneration .she has shield defense that disintegrates anything that touches it Berry doesn't run on top speed unless it's needed and if he runs anything less than light speed, he's done for If at top speed he has no way of killing her He can't vibrate her heart,he can't snap her neck basically anything he does to her she would still be alive So he can't win in anyway You can at least state what you think he can do that would kill her?? @Frezer646 that logic is flawed, if they meet in the DC universe,she would have no pass there and if they in the marvel universe he wouldn't know her past and if the meet a random universe he still wouldn't know her past And also do you know how time travel works?? The writing is a part of the movie, infact it's the entire movie.in comics Wanda can travel throughout the multiverse easily but the movie doesn't agree so we can't include that to her abilities. Same way I can't give berry a feats the movie writers and directors took away from him and that's the main reason he is losing Oh the scarlet witch can react to bullets,light speed and even speed stars and can manipulate time and reality and PROBABILITY. which overall is too much for the flash
