Appreciate those kind words :-) cheers
Why are there so many differing analysis of the Porencelphic cyst? Some liturature I've seen on google said"most children with a 'large porenceliphic cyst die in their late teen or early twenties". I was forty-seven before I was told I had one it's (4x5.5 cm). Aparentley that's quite large. I was told by accident by a doctor in the A/E Unit after a 'tonic-clonic seizure', who thought I already new.
This is a great explanation! There’s something quite puzzling to me though, and would really be grateful for your clarification - does the Dixon suppress blood signals as well? Like on fat-only images, are the blood signals suppressed since they can be considered ‘water’ as well? And on ‘water-only’ images, do the blood shows up, so the hyperintensity we see on ‘water-only’ may be due to blood or water?
Great series of videos, congrats.
Marge?
Are you a Filipino?

A doppler angle of more than 60° is explained, byt what about an angle of less than 60°?

Great explanation! Really helpful! Thank you!
Thank you
But in reality narendra modi is real Pappu we all know that he can't even speak without teleprompter
Merci, c'est très bien. Mais vous auriez dû montrer un adénome surrénalien avec une chute de signal en "out of phase" : c'était un exemple simple et important sur le plan pédagogique.
You make it easy... great way of teaching. Thank you so much maam❤
Parkinson disease is a very terrible illness🤢, my Dad suffered from it for 19 years until we finally got a help and a medicine from Dr Madida that truly works from Dr Madida on TH-cam that helped treat, cure and reversed all his symptoms…”My Dad is well a gain.”

I know this is a bit of a random question but if you had epilepsy due to hippocampal sclerosis on one side of the brain and it was controlled with meds, would you notice the effects of the hippocampal sclerosis over time or would the brain adapt and be able to function just as well as it would if the hippocampal sclerosis was removed?
Thank you so much
Thank you so very much. I'm a Resident in the Neurology departement and due to hold a presentation on PSP. I was having a hard time clearly visualizing how the "Hummingbird sign" comes to be. But you explained it so simply. Therefore again, Thank you!
Please change the battery in your smoke detector
Well explained!
The best lecture about aging of hemorrhage. Thanks a lot!!
