Turkey Fryer Burner Running on Natural Gas
มุมมอง 1.1K2 ปีที่แล้ว
Converted my turkey fryer to run on natural gas. Had a hard time finding any videos of this and even more info saying it couldn't be done. I found with an orifice change and some forced air induction we had a pretty good burner. This video is to show that. Thanks for watching.

Listeroid 8/1 load test
มุมมอง 16K5 ปีที่แล้ว
Running the listeroid with a 220v 3800 watt load (water heater element) dumping into a bucket of water. This is kind of a "shake down" and break in period for the engine since it has never been ran under a good load. As you can see in the video I kept getting burps in the cooling system. I suspect I have a head gasket leaking. Also the radiator and cooling fans aren't adequate. Over time the co...
Hanna Autostar carwash (CLOSED)
มุมมอง 1.7K5 ปีที่แล้ว
I took this video awhile back in July of 2018 without ever intending to post it. However after noticing that there doesn't seem to be any other Hanna Autostar videos on youtube, i decided to post it. I was also informed recently that this car wash has since been closed. I think the most expensive wash was 7 dollars, and honestly i feel like it was one of the better washes for the price. Obvious...
TP&W crossing 421 in Reynolds IN.

That is correct!
Why so focused on theee bad side of the engine
It's in my nature.
Man I like this set up 😇🙏
It's a good engine, how much do you want to sale it for?
It needs a hydrogen generator to be more efficient and last longer
Moral? Listeroid. Avoid!
Hi Jakey, my listeroid has balancing issues. He dances ;) I think the flywheels are out of balance. Have you had any of these problems?
Hello! I liked and subscribed 🙂 I just imported a pair of these. How is your engine after all these years?
All alone at the end of the evening And the bright lights have faded to blue I was thinking 'bout a woman who might have Loved me and I never knew You know I've always been a dreamer (Spent my life running 'round) And it's so hard to change (Can't seem to settle down) But the dreams I've seen lately Keep on turning out and burning out And turning out the same So put me on a highway And show me a sign And take it to the limit one more time You can spend all your time making money You can spend all your love making time If it all fell to pieces tomorrow Would you still be mine? And when you're looking for your freedom (Nobody seems to care) And you can't find the door (Can't find it anywhere) When there's nothing to believe in Still you're coming back, you're running back, You're coming back for more So put me on a highway And show me a sign And take it to the limit one more time Take it to the limit Take it to the limit Take it to the limit one more time

Should have added "New Flyer D60HF" in between Lafayette City Bus and #705 as the video's title.
Yep
Damn that 6V92 tho..
Dinamo price? How much kva?
I think this engine is fantastic. Can I ask you some questions? how much is the hourly consumption? Does it also work with vegetable oil? How much power does the generator have?
I'm not sure on the consumption since i haven't ran it long enough to find out. It will run on vegetable oil. This engine can output about 5KW.

Why did u fill fuel filter with automatic transmission fluid just asking I don't know alot about diesel
The automatic transmission fluid is a good/cheap cleaner for the injectors. Plus I had it laying around in some jugs whereas I didn't have any diesel fuel in a container nearby.
@@jakey756 ohh ok thank you
I own a 12/2 and I replaced my fuel filter and lines. I used a standard heating oil tank filter.
The engine blew up, and it was falling apart. It was scrapped
Woah, it seriously blew up? Hope nobody was harmed.
Hello, please I need your help my 6/1 lister looses power once I on my sumo to pump water and black smoke everywhere please what i do
Clean the injector. Black smoke is a indication that the engine has a dirty injector / bad fuel / or too much torque is required of engine.
try lower ratio
What a price of this engine
base price is about $2200 from diesel-electric.us (plus freight charges). The ST head, and the radiator are extra. Saving up for mine now.
@@michaelmiller237 thanxx
It’s extremely rare to find like the autec EV2
Why whats wrong with the generator?
Couple of different reasons. Main reason is that i don't really ever loose power at my house, and this generator head puts out such bad quality power that its basically only good for load testing. Current plan is to swap an induction generator in its place.
Did you say you have the filter filled with atf?
Sure did
Modern Diesel has less lubricants to shut the tree huggers up. ATF lubricates the mechanical fuel pump. Buddy of mine puts a quart of ATF in every tank of his big rig. Has over 1,000,000 miles on that thing.
I have that exact same steel shell generator head. The Z winding in mine is a little weak and it won't hold voltage at load. I eventually replaced it with an iron ST-5. I'm running a 6/1 at 600 RPM, 120 volts out.
Yeah this generator head has been less than impressive. Been struggling with voltage issues, and then on top of that i discovered the wiring is aluminum. Where did you get your iron ST-5?
The aluminum ones will run OK if they were made right but the connections to the windings get real tricky if you need to repair them. I think on mine the Z winding is not right. The armature voltage is always a little too low. Someday I might play around with some capacitors at the output of the bridge to see if I can get the voltage up just a little more. Overall, the quality of my steel shell head is not so great. I'm not impressed at the fit of the field in the case. I got the iron head at Central Georgia Generator - specifically asked for an iron unit wound with copper. Quality of the iron head seems a lot better. I have a couple videos on here - the early one shows the steel head and the later ones (cold start videos) show the iron head.
Haha omg thank you for posting! I was so bad wondering what the train looked like going around the curve and thought to myself, maybe one day I'll get to see it again. Now I know what it looks like. Glad you got to see this. Absolutely awesome angle you got.
The last remaining car washes in the USA that still uses Hanna Autostar car wash systems are at the Fette Ford car dealership in Clifton, New Jersey & 1st Class Car Wash in Burien, Washington.

what are oring part numbers ...especially the second oring over or part of heater?
Not really sure. If i remember right i just found O-rings that looked similar in size and used them.
Hold the camera still next time I couldn't see much of nothing.
Will do! The first set of O-rings lasted about 19 years. So looks like in about 10 years i'll have a chance to take another video. I'll be sure to hold the camera still.
I have a 6/1 CS Power Line Listeroid "Clone" I bought lightly used as a project in an engineering university to test bio-fuels. Same quality as you have. There all that way from India. It came with a 5K W generator head that has almost no hours on it.
Do you still have it? How much did it cost you?
Hadn't seen one of these 3-brush car wash systems in years. Cloth brush system, top brush turned slow, along with the 2 side brushes. I remember a filament brushed system, top brush and side brushes turned at fast speed. I even remember 4 brushed car wash system with 2 top brushes (1 for front, 1 for rear) and 2 side slanted brushes. I remember Ryko R7B systems, and Ryko's Premier and Voyager systems, and Autec soft wash systems with 4 side brushes and top mitter-curtain. I miss seeing those Ryko systems. Don't see the D&S Odyssey around anymore, and have yet to see a D&S IQ or PDQ Tandem. Don't hardly see Mark VII-Wesumat 3 brush systems around either. A lot of gas stations in the Atlanta area don't seem to want to fool with car washes like they used to. Mostly see Ryko Soft Gloss systems or brushless systems where you'd put your car in park when the light turns red when tire hits switch or sensor, and tunnel systems that pull the car along a track with car in neutral.
Sharp tractor im jealous .
gooooood
I would like to buy one of them. how did you find yours?
This was purchased probably close to 10 years ago. You can still find them on ebay and craigslist occasionally after they were banned its become much harder to get them. Just by keeping an eye on craigslist i was able to pick up a metro 6/1 that i hope to get going in the future.
@@jakey756 would you be open to selling that 6/1?
I've got the twin to that tractor, aux tank and Year around qt1! Good looking work horse!!
Can you please Film the Entire Wash Cycle?
I would if i could. However i was told that this carwash has since been closed. I'm glad i was able to record what i did though.
Oh Wow. That’s so Sad. Great Video btw. Also, What is the Address?
Yeah i'm hoping the rumors are false. Here is a link to its location goo.gl/maps/quFUsPf8f9J2
@@thecarwashelevatorfanatic7433 Went by this location the other day and the carwash was completely gone.
I went to Monticello today and the EWR had their engines parked just down the line from MFS. It looks like they will outbound the cars soon. MFS had all the cars but 2 back on the mainline so I don't know if EWR is waiting for all the cars to outbound or not. I was there til 5:30 P.M. and they were still there. Not sure if they took off that evening or if they are still there.
Hmm, as funny as this sounds, our paths probably came pretty close to crossing yesterday. About what time did you first go by MFS? On my way home from work yesterday i detoured by MFS and i took this picture imgur.com/m1ERCCv around a quarter after 3. I didn't see the locomotives down there so they most have showed up between when the time that i went by and you went by? The day prior when i was coming home from work and going through Monon I did some snooping and took these two not so great photos. imgur.com/LdwHDi9, imgur.com/frK8hqB Cars were parked on both the mainline and some in the recently installed siding. The locomotives were parked just east of the crossing to enter the waste water treatment plant imgur.com/1G420YU.
Haha it's going to be hard to corner them down! Nice pics. I went through there maybe a little after two, the locomotives were parked just north of County Road 100 North beside the engine and machine shop. I was in and out of town because I went to Reynolds and Monon too. I last went by MFS that day about a quarter after 5 and they were still there so I called it a day. I didn't go there at all today so I have no idea what the condition is now! I didn't snap any photos either but the cars at MFS were situated just like the ones in your photo.
Betya scared all the Johnnys away for miles 😃
I had termites in the pallet my Lister was on too. burned it like you did.
Awesome!!
I didn't get a video of it, but i took this picture in Monon about a month ago. i.imgur.com/nFLNPmj.jpg Never thought i would see something like that.
Wow thanks for sharing! Is that looking railroad west toward Chicago? To the left is the mainline to Chicago and to the right is the wye track? Were both crossings on 421 occupied? That's an awesome photo good for you!
Yup that's looking west. I was waiting on the train on the mainline and then all of the sudden a local crew with about 2 dozen hopper cars came cruising through on the wye. Never in my life thought i would ever see both tracks occupied at the same time.
That's so cool. That's such a cool shot that no one else will probably ever get. Nice timing!
BEAUTIFUL! Gotta love a 66 series IH
You have a very optimistic outlook on things. How can they let their new products leave the factory in that condition!
I like a good project.
You started the engine without refrigeration sistem ?? you are so idiot.
lol its fine
There is a lot of steel on this engine. It would take a while before it would get hot. It is just ran to test please don't call people that are smarter than you an idiot.
He isn't an idiot! He ran the engine only for a minute or two. If you knew more about diesel engines, you would also know that what he did was fine...
How did you get the air out the system??
Bleeder stem have someone push it in and crank the truck
What a rig
I have had problems using some of these O rings that come in that nice little plastic box they will not hold up to Diesel and will start leaking in a very short time. The part number for OEM part is 1811053C1 you can find them on line or from your IH dealer.
Thank you
Thanks for the part number
Pretty sad this is the only active railroad in Fulton co.
